@PityFool How do you prep gator meat without making it dry and taste like chicken again?

Which one though?
I 'd go with least 1/2 a day, better a full day, in dark beer with a high malt content. For drinking a prefer Pils with a high hops, not a fan of dark beer there, but hops has a bitter taste, which I don't think you are after with flesh that is rumored to resemble chicken when it comes to taste.
Though I'm no cook by any means.
Hmmm, I've eaten it but never cooked it. Mine was done like a steak in a garlic butter sauce.
