I got thinking the other day, the Night King really is the one true king of Westeros (and possibly the world). Here are some reasons: Doesn't have any insubordination in the ranks and highly respected by his people - they'll literally jump off a cliff for him. No incest. Takes care of and raises abandoned babies. No king or queen in recent memory has or would do the same. Straight up guy, knows what he's about, no squabbling or back stabbing. Fantastic athletic ability, first place in westeros olympics for javelin. Knows magic. Doesn't need to eat children to survive unlike Drogon. Literally is a god, can bring people back from the dead and enlighten them with superior stoic state of mind. Personally it's my wish that he mows through two or three of the most loved characters per episode as the audience slowly begins to realise just how futile the fight against him is despite all of the climatical game playing from GRRM/D&D inferring Westerosi had a chance. The audience actually deserves this due to the fact that most of them judged Stannis as a bad character from the show instead of his rightful role as the one true king in the books.
