Some moar information.

The only reason you should ever use Internet Explorer is to download a new browser after a fresh install.

You should probably add 3D Mark, Unigine Heaven, Metro 2033 and SuperPi to the Benchmark list.

I've tried rainmeter, preferred bumptop (sad they shut it down :( )

And WinDirStat is awesome.

Metro 2033 isn't free :<, and you gotta download the whole game for it to work.

$15 retail is close enough to free.  Often goes for $5 during steam sales, and as a benchmark it's still quite taxing, but I get your point.

Where's the original Crysis as a benchmark?

It's still a useful benchmark but suffers like Metro in not being free and being more expensive to boot.

i don't like these tools. making comparisons with no solid basis or evidence is the foundation for quality trolling.

btw... mine is better than yours!

You can add "Hiren's boot CD" or similar.

Oh, also "Notepad ++".

Oh, great addition! I love that program. Idk if it's free, but I'll check.

When someone you know has a computer problem, I have found it is usually either a memory problem, or they need to replace the CMOS battery.  Hence my recommendation:

Memtest86+

What are your thoughts on Glary Utilities?

It's alright, but I highly recommend after researching reg utilities to only use one registry cleaner, if to use one at all. There's no need to use multiple ones, and in fact it can be dangerous if doing so.

CCleaner is my standard, but I have used Glary Utilities and I liked it pretty well.

Personally I run peerblock since I'm paranoid and it helps keep the tubes clean.

Also, task bar hider to keep my Skyrim Rainmeter desktop clean.
