As a caveat before I start typing a lot, I'm going to tell you outright there is no "best" tank at anything, in any aspect. Tanks are situational as hell, and even a tiny change of the situation can take a tank that is solid all-around, to being mediocre or even a detriment. Problem is that reward tanks arnt played by the overall server population, but only a small subset opposed to regular tanks, which makes these numbers not really comparable.

Because over fifty players leaving LIMBO in the time-span of about 24 hours definitely isn't by coincidence, and they DEFINITELY can't be going to a new clan. That's DEFINITELY logical. That was sarcasm for those of you trying to poach the moving players because I'm assuming that you're too stupid to figure out either of those. :^)

To be fair to Tex for being salty I would also be mad if I lost every player who could do 60% in his tens. Rip Cool_Man though, he probably wont even notice.

All we did was continue the trend of their best players leaving... My tenure with LIMBO represented the only time excellent players stayed and actually came TO The Mafia instead of getting good and leaving for RELIC, OTTER, BULBA, BULLS, NTR, ESPRT, whatever. LIMBO was, for once, a destination instead of a pubbie stepping stone. Now, instead of a steady trickle, there was a mass exodus.

So its true, arty prevents camping and forces player to play dynamically. That T95 was probably just driving at 10kph and was camping to hard at different places. Shoulda played like the RU 251.

WG stated that the created a manual allocation of shots for each ring. There was an FTR link and WG posts about it. That's enough to comfortably say that there were some changes elsewhere (not just dead center), and based on visual inspection of their announcement it is safe to say that they reduced some outer edge shot percentages.

F I have had some pretty decent interactions with LIMBO players in pub matches. Had a couple of them talk me through a last man standing situation and keep me from being a total spazz. Good luck with your new clan.
