Gashtag, Shade and Storm have been promoted to PPmods as then we have a mod from each server (minus the RU) which will give a good balance. Congratulations to them. This friendly fellow did 0 dmg in his E-100 in a match with mostly T8 tanks, and then complained about "noob team" (that's the trigger where i stop ignoring the tomato) So i decided to have a friendly chat with him. I missed the "jingles window" where I was weak enough to get any kind of WOT learning out of him... But as has been said, he's an entertainer with a realistic view of his skill. He's a net positive benefit to the community, and a big one. I have a great deal of respect for him as a person.

So last night had this quite entertaining game with maj and drs. Maj was laughing so much he yoloed to his death. Also name and shaming this guy. Apparently shooting the side of the tip of your exposed beak is mods. Being able to bounce your IS5 off my side at an autobounce angle might be as well. To be fair I was spamming APCR in the 215B that game because tank is sex, not like AP wouldn't have penned him just fine anyway.

To be honest Tom, I think you deserved to be in Bulba a lot more than many people in Bulba.

Treat every game like a new game, forget if you got rolled 0-15 or just had a Kolobanov last game, it ain't related to the game you are in right now. I don't believe in superstition, i don't believe the game is fucking me, if i get bum rushed by pubbies, i probably deserved it. Figure out what went wrong, how you could of done better in a similar situation next time, and move on.

Like I did in my last two topics, I'm going to go over some of the armor changes that've hit us with the 9.9 patch. Some changes are pretty well advertised by WG, but many others are often unknown & not realized until too late! This patch brings us the Type 62, AMX 50 100, FCM 50 t, Churchill VII, Caernarvon, Conqueror, Panther/M10, VK 36.01 (H), M6A2E1, T23E3, M46 Patton, T110E3, T110E4, and Т-62А. Tanks I don't mention have gotten no meaningful changes. AMX 50 100: Small nerf. Turret made substantially taller & the hull a tiny bit wider. UFP and shoulders nerfed from ~130mm to ~125

Optics are absolutely incredible on the IS-7, I use rammer vert optics, and I run food with no med kit. The tank can hull down and lock down an entire flank with incredible vision control. vents and GLD don't offer you that kind of power. I often require my IS-7 players to use optics in clan wars because it allows me to be heavy and not blind, it translates to pubs as well, you're the heaviest scout on the battlefield.

This is a simple question of priorities where you need a nice little instinctual algorithm to solve your question for any situation for any tank (not just pike nosed ones). So what do you need to know? Not much to be honest. Preventing (N>1) v 1: Naturally there's going to be a time where your team are taking the piss and a 7v1 is just unwinnable. Most of the time however you can deal with 3/4 vs 1 quite simply provided you've got good HP and can make correct decisions quickly. All you need to do is pay attention to your minimap (very often). Where are the weakspots in your teams deployment

This may sound disappointing, but it is always a combination of all kinds of factors and depends on the situation. The first thing you always need to do is getting out of that 2 or 3v1 situation as fast as possible. Try to cover yourself from the other tank, in some cases that means rushing into one of them, if the situation allows it. If that's not an option the next thing is probably trying to time their reloads. After that it becomes a lot more fuzzy. Pen makes a difference (can't pen me, has a chance to pen me, will pen me every time), you always want to try to bounce what you actually can
