    Anybody play primarily cruisers?

The BB situation right now is like the TD situation used to be in WoT. They're slightly overpowered and too easy to play so every wannagreen flocks to them and fills the matchmaker up with instant deletion. A cruiser can reliably evade one or two battleships but not five of them. Good positioning can help but at the end of the day if your battleships are worse than their battleships your line will collapse too quickly for you to deal damage before you get swamped by 16 inch skill.

...Or instead of raping Bat buff the tier 10 LTs. No need to rape Batchat "because it outclasses T10 LTs". It is more because of the fact T10 LTs are shit tanks instead of Bat being too good. I wouldnt mind all around view range nerf with T10 meds and heavies to like 380-390 and keep LT view range at 400-410, though. Wouldnt have retarded view range to spot everything like in Sandbox, meds and HTs still wouldnt be blind as shit but LTs has clear advantage, then LTs needs other buffs like accuracy and DPM buffs. Low alpha and pen are fine, but there is no reason for them to have shit accuracy and tier 8 DPM.

Well you made a claim that sounded very strange, I checked it and it was wrong indeed. I guess you didn't really get my point. I have no interest in your performance, but you claimed that 2.4k combined translates to roughly 2.4k WN8, which clearly is very far from true. That would be closer to something like 8K WN8 I guess if distributed between damage and assistant normally. I'm afraid you do get called out for making stupid claims here

    Type 64: Still worth it?

Well 10 games is hardly "consistently" is it? And I still highly doubt you are making 1.7k average assistant, because that would be needed for 2.4K combined damage to result only 2.4K WN8.

Best TD for td15 T55A mission

I would guess that you need a tank that people think they have a chance to pen and therefore shoot in the first place. For example not many people are stupid enough to even bother shoot hull down IS-7 so that is not very good for bounce missions even though armor is epic. So basically you need a tank with good, but not impenetrable armor. Maus is pretty much perfect for that, it can be penetrated with HEAT, but if you don't know what you are doing or have a bit bad luck it will still bounce it. I think that new T8 VK 100-something German heavy might be pretty good also, at least I'm bouncing shots from that way too much, too lazy to check where should I be shooting

9.20 Supertest - Soviet Medium Changes

I should put in a caveat at this point that most of my views on the 10 lights are based on the paper stats and watching others play them, so grain of salt and all that, but in either pubs or CW i can't see them being viable unless you have a strat the requires pure spotting, crazy climbing or doing mad jumps. I just can't fathom why WG have decided to arbitrarily make them worse than meds. It's not even a shift between armor mobility and firepower. They are just worse as a whole.

A pen buff would be pointless, the only way it would be useful is if it was at least 212, but they are not going to buff a limited MM medium to 212 pen. Anything sub 210 on tier 8 is basically pointless, whatever you pen will probably be penned by 175 (especially with 122 overmatch ability), 210-220 lets you pen IS3 hulls, Tiger 2 LFPs, O-Hos etc. and at least challenge Chrysler/Defender LFP if they are flat on. Anything on tier 8 with 170-200 pen might as well have the same pen, you'll need premium rounds for most tier 8 heavies. They are not going to jump the 122s up to like 200 pen. Nor do they really need it, just the Russian ones need a useful premium round. All the Chinese ones have 250 HEAT to use, so they are fine with that. Bully soft stuff and lower tier stuff, get your HEAT out for the IS3s and Chryslers. The armour buff makes sense to me because this tank is a brawling medium, but currently has a fairly weak turret for a dome turret, a lower plate you only need 90mm to go through and 50mm sides which meant a slight overangling mistake and you'd get screwed whilst sidescraping. With these changes the T-34-3 will be able to brawl away much better. Also the T-34-2 is just a free XP sink, doubt they will ever change it.

The tea thing I had suggested could only be done one day a week. It would be a good way to still earn a fair bit of money to buy things of save to do it full time. At least from personal experience, print off some fliers and see if you can put them in a local synagogue, I feel like that will be your easiest group of people to find someone who would be interested in something like this. Churches are probably another area you might find more elderly people interested. I'm sure the trans thing is probably a bit of a concern with that but there are liberal churches and most reform and conservative Jews won't give a shit. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Today I went to the endocrinologist for my 6 month appointment. I've lost about 22 pounds down to about 180 pounds which I'm really happy about. Most of my various levels are all back in the normal range from the weight loss which is great. My testosterone is down to 30 from 234 three months ago. My estrogen is still low at 74, so I've been prescribed to increase my daily estrodial to 6mg and won't have to meet with the endocrinologist until January.

    Anybody play primarily cruisers?

Yeah, BBs are the class of choice for the same cowards that like to grab a heavy tank, sit on the red line, and farm damage while everybody else is taking all the risks. They'll defend it to the hilt, too; TONS of people will tell me it's a BB's job to sit in the back and snipe at max range "cuz torpedoes" meaning everybody else has to move up front and run the risks so the BB cowards don't get their paint scuffed. I'll have to keep with it then. Fucking EXCELLENT. The speed and turret turn rate I've been able to work with; I played enough HTs in WoT to be able to think ahead with BBs. The accuracy was killing me though; they didn't seem to get any more accurate at 6 km than they were at 15 km. Shots just bracketing the target left, right, over, and under, all in the same salvo.

    WZ-120

When I looked at the grind; most players approach the WZ-120 by (more or less) simultaneously grinding the heavy and medium lines (need a crew right? cause your likely keeping a tank from the light line) Quite a few Chinese modules can be researched through other lines and you then never have to play the Stock WZ-120 (and as we all know stock T9 grinds are painful). I hoard free xp for T9 grinds so if I chose to approach the WZ-120 from the from the light line I would have already banked a goodly amount. So whether you grind modules on the WZ-120 or on other tank lines; so many modules are cross compatible you dont really lose. Tanks by tier: keepers?

Tier 1: lmao, good meme. Seriously, why would you play this, atleast when you cant meme with unbalanced T1 anymore Tier 2: shitter tier like 1, Cruiser III or whatever it is, M2 lt and Pz 2 are retarded tho Tier 3: More tolerable tier after MM changes, no longer tier 5s. Pz 1 C benefits significantly because its by far biggest flaw was the fact it was one of the most useless things ever in tier 5 match. Cruiser II because deeeeeerppppp Tier 4: Luchs is so fucking broken now, like wtf. It is seriously completely unbalanced tank now with regular MM. Also it is completely stupid statpadder, too; just do 2 clips of damage and you already have more than dark purple WN8, hahahahha Tier 5: 105 derp med of choice (G1 R is shit but i like it for hipster value), KV-1S (KV-1 is overrated pos), O-I Exp (as long as they dont shit on top speed it should be still great after "nerfs", as it basically becomes tier 5 KV-5 with good view range, pen and depression), T67, Leopard is pretty good, too. Not sure how American LTs are. Tier 6: KV-2, Hellokitty is still good, M6 has lololol APCR, SU-100. O-I is bad and after nerfs it will be just a joke Tier 7: SU-152, T71, IS(-2), T29, Tiger I, T20, and not joking, Chi-Ri, probably O-Ni too Tier 8: Not counting any premiums; VK 100.01, IS-3, ISU-152, O-Ho , tier 8 meds that have sub 300 alpha can suk dik expect maybe mod 1 after buffs Tier 9: WZ-1111111111111111111111111111111111 1-4, T-10, I hated E-75 but after gun handling buffs it seems lovely now, and other tanks, really, tier 9 is great tier in the regard it has shitton of balanced yet competitive tanks, only real shitter tanks are the Type 4, Foch and SU-122-54 Tier 10: anything that arent certain two Russian and French TDs with 750 alpha tho foch is getting changes and 268 is said to be buffed too so who knows

All good points from publord To build on the last point: Try playing shorter session of 1-2 hours tops. I've recently put this to good use, and finally pulled my solo win rate past 58 %. It had been hovering at 57,xx % for a very long time. When doing long sessions, I would at some point get a string of bad teams, go full tilt and end with a win rate below 50 % over a large amount of games, which would set back the efforts from the previous weeks. Furthermore, like in WoT, learning when a flank is crumbling and beginning the retreat can work wonders. BBs steaming away are hard to kill and often provide a nice distraction to help your team mates, while you get decent damage. Yoloing in when the flank is lost often does the opposite. Back when I played WoT WaterWar at some point while in toon brought up the topic of running. At first I was quiet reserved, but as he demonstrated it and I began to find a balance of not just running like a headless chicken, it began to show in my stats. Last suggestion: I don't know if you are that type of player, but having a yellow legal pad next to your computer, and after every battle writing down three things, which you could have done better (i.e. angling, overextending, not realising team mates left the flank), is a very nice way to define frequent errors and thus areas of improvement. This also helps take the focus way from the eff'ing team mates, if you have a tendency to rage (like I have), and instead provide a constructive outlet.

I don't feel like watching those right now, but I have a few tips that are more "meta" than anything else 1. Its probably time to div with better players. You'll learn a lot. 2. Choose an optimal time to solo. Prime time weekday is the least derpy that I've seen. Weekends are iffy, but doable. Late night queues have extreme RNG due to the smaller pop, with wild swings in skill level. Do not do them. Too often it will be a question of who gets the NADO fishing div. Or you get matched against a uni CV while your team has WARBEASTY. Stuff like that. You already have enough things fighting against you when you're solo. 3. Manage your enthusiasm. If you can only muster a "eh I guess I'll play", don't fucking do it. I've never had good experiences from playing unenthusiastically during a grind. This goes for long term too. Just quit and come back later, you'll probably play better. We experience mental fatigue in anything that we do repetitively

I haven't found misses to be an issue, nor do I think one needs a lot of sprem - 203 base pen is more than plenty at tier 7, and you only get to 237 with APCR. If you take on tier 9 heavies from the front, you aren't going to do much in any case, because the aim time is too slow, and your frontal hull armor, while near-mythical for its tier, won't stop higher tier heavies (and they can pen your turret frontally in any case, this isn't a t29). You'll get murdered trying to aim in. I agree that the tank is on the sluggish side, but it isn't so slow as to be gimped (IMHO). Having said that, you are absolutely correct about knowing where to go before you start. If you aren't top tier, I think this tank belongs in the second line as a supporting sharpshooter. What really makes the tank, though, is that it has a CUPHOLDER: I really want a skin that puts an empty Slurpee cup in that. Or a crumpled can of Bud.

    Conway Toleration Thread

Clarification: Bloom-modificators are tied to the suspension (for hull traverse and hull-movement) or the turret (turret traverse, d'uh). Thus I percieve these hidden stats as part of the chassis, not the gun itself. Besides that, the Conway has actually pretty damn good turret-traverse bloom. Where it completely falls apart is any sort of hull-movement and this the entire crux of the vehicle. You have no armor, you have no camo, you have no positional flexibility (very limited gun-depression and elevation), so you are automatically forced to move a whole lot more than your tank's properties actually make sense and, thanks to the lack of positional flexibility, often overexpose yourself. The funny thing is, that the brits have three vehicles on tier 9, that try to do the exact same thing, namely Conqueror, Tortoise and Conway. All three fit the exact same gun (and it is a good gun, even for a TD, as what it lacks in alpha, it offers in accuracy, shell velocity and sheer brutal DPM). Tortoise has top DPM and armor to make the gun work and while lacking a turret, it has positional flexibility as the gun has a wide arc and darn good gun-depression. Conqueror has decent enough armor, decent mobility and some positional flexibility, so gets the least DPM, but still is no slouch in that regard and it also sports the, by far, best soft stats. Now the Conway is stuck with the mobility-trope and sacrifcies the armor of the Tortoise, but retains the brutal DPM. Wierdly though, it has less armor than the Conqueror, but is just barely more mobile than the Conq for some reason (red flag #1; a problem the entire Centurion-lineup was fighting with and the Conway inherited it from there). Although the Conway gets the fully-traversable turret, it still has way less positional flexibility than either Conq or Tortoise (red flag #2). And to add insult to injury, it also has the worst soft stats out of the three, so it's increased mobility (compared to the Tortoise, which has just slightly better soft stats), really screws it over badly (red flag #3). As it stands, the Tortoise does the brutal DPM-submission way better, as it can aford to keep the gun singing even and especially outside of camo-cover and when it comes to the flanking DPMer role, the Conqueror is basically just as fast and is able to stand the ground much better still, not to even talk about snapshooting, at the cost of about 900 DPM, a trade any sane mind would take instantly. Fixing the Conway means lowering the soft-stats to be somewhere between Tortoise and Conq, as well as making it more mobile than the Conq and giving it more positional flexibility, as increasing the armor isn't something that would make the vehicle stand out between it's peers. Adressing just any one of these factors, leads to an underwhelming tank.

The entire line was poorly made if anything. Like quite many UK tanks, these tanks sits more on less wrong tiers. Seriously, with just DPM (expect for Charioteer where they would just need to remove L7) and HP nerfs the entire line would be possible to downtier with not too many problems and if anything they would fit those tiers even more: Achilles (t5) -> Challenger (t6) -> Charioteer (t7) -> conway (t8) -> FV4005 (t9) -> FV 215b 183 (t10, move from the AT line to this line, it fits this line more anyways even if it has bit more armor) Achilles is like Wolverine with much better pen and alpha, but halved gun depression and significantly worse gun stats so it would be possible to fit there, just take pre-buff Challenger and cut its HP down to 600 and put it to tier 6 (it was arguably that bad), remove L7 from Charioteer and bit nerf its HP and its fine T7 (no need to even touch 20pdr gun stats really), Conway is perfectly fine at tier 8 with just HP and DPM nerf, Shitbarn needs to be reworked anyways and so does 183 so i wont discuss those further, apart from the fact that really, Shitbarn is just 183 that is bigger and has no armor (hell, mobility WOULD be comparable if 183 didnt have super awful terrain resists; pre-8.5 183 was about as fast as Shitbarn) Make so that Alecto leads to Achilles among with AT2, and then make Valentine lead to Archer which in returns leads to Challenger. Keep mediums (sherman firefly & friends, not the main medium line) unchanged. Then finally give the AT line new tier 10 that ACTUALLY fits the line (like FV205) and buff tier 6-9, and we are good to go. If anything entire UK tech tree would be reworked by downtiering quite many tanks. Med line would be reworked by just changing armaments and downtiering tier 4-7, then "split" tier 8 Centurion into ACTUAL Centurion I at tier 7 (with 17 pdr and stuff) and then Centurion III at tier 8 which effectively is current Centurion I with Centurion III turret and 20 pdr (and they have more or less identical hulls). Churchills would be downtiered with armament and HP changes, and FV201 would fit perfectly at tier 7; sadly its already premium so i guess gun and mobility buffs would work aswell.

9.20 Supertest - Soviet Medium Changes

Meh T-44 buffs are fine but really I think that tank needs like 210 penetration and a 245 pen APCR round. T-54 needs no armour buffs, just needs it's AP going up to like 230-240 and the HEAT being toned down to like 290-300. The T-62A and Obj. 140 I think they should do what they did back on the original sandbox, nerf their accuracy, nerf their aim times, nerf their view ranges, nerf their penetration, buff their dispersion and DPM a bit more. Make them close range brawling meds but a lot shitter at medium to long ranges where the NATO meds will be better. As for the Bat Chat, was thinking the other day when I got outspotted by one in my WZ-131-1, they should nerf it's view range, camo and top speed, you can get like 34% base camo on a Bat Chat with 400m view range and it goes 65kph, so it;s basically the best tier 10 light. Drop the speed down to like 55-58, view range to 380-390, and camo down so you can only get to about 23-24% maxed out. Maybe buff it's dispersion a little to compensate.
