If Chrome has a similar feature to FF's about:config, poke through there and do a search for whatever toolbars and shit plagued your browser. Sometimes, I've been clicking too fast and accidentally gotten Yahoo's cancer all over my browser but going to the config, typing "yahoo" and deleting everything that pops up fixed it.
What toolbars usually do is put their links in the config in FF and that overwrites whatever other settings you have. Hence deleting the programs and shit not doing anything about that particular problem.

okay, I have never had a problem with Windows 10, but managing user accounts is fucking retarded. and theres no fucking option to change permissions for it apart from a standard user or administrator
am I able to set a quota for the C drive on his user? I want him to only have 5GB of space to use on the C drive for his user, so it won't allow him to use more than that
