  1. Is the heavy brawling area on Glacier even worth anything? Its disconnected from the rest of the map, leaves you vulnerable while getting to it, and pushing from it into the other base is complete suicide unless you also own the middle. It seems like the only saving grace is that there's arty cover.

Really looking at it, it feels like you could win 90% of pub games by just overloading the east and mid and completely ignoring the brawling area. There's no like, actual advantage to winning it. It's just that pubbies will go there anyway so there's hp to farm there.

HP to farm there. That is it.

I only play the middle on that map in all my tanks.

North is useless I agree, and south is a mega bottleneck and really theres only room on that road for single file anyway. Plus you get shot at in the side from mid.

It's similar to Pilsen in that the intented heavy area has close to zero map value but heavy tanks are still going there and make up for enough of the HP pool to have decent games in damage, but in terms of winning contributions it's close to zero since one double bushed TDs at 1 HP can hold 3-4 up-tiered full HP heavies from ever pushing further

I play mid early but I will always rotate into the heavy area if we're losing east as you're going to get surrounded middle unless you're winning east - basically nowhere left to run but there
