      Ech, almost every recruiter is below standards. Its where you put guys you trust that are not good enough to be FC`s and are baddies. They usually are the hard working types but not very good. Even good clans recruiters are usually lower end.

      OMG same here. In any other tank where I could scare off lower tier enemies, this tank has paper armor and shit DPM. It literally gets eaten alive by STA`s and any high DPM tank as everything pens you.

      It is underwhelming to me. Its almost impossible soloing because its Reload is so damned long and the E100 has much less Derpy gun handling+ 10x the armor and more depression. If the E4 had -8 like it should then it would change it to be what it should be. But with no backup speed and depression it often times forces you to trade DMG, esp since it takes 9 secs to aim in.
