      It does transition into a more continuous storyline later on.

      But in the end people have different preferences, though having different taste than me is of course objectively wrong.

      Yeah I’m halfway through and felt that I could’ve started there and had the exact same amount of context which just doesn’t bode well in terms of me appreciating it
       

      Samurai Champloo sold me on the first episode though. Hiphop beats and fight scenes just hits different, good recommendation!

      Can’t decide whether the baseball episode is a work of art or the stupidest 20 minutes of media I’ve ever sat through though, ”retarded genius” is the only way I can describe it
