I was trying to imply that going by the treatment of the Russian AW cluster is foolish, as WG treats their other servers like trash compared to their RU players. Which seems to be par for the course for Russian devs, as Gaijin adds a significant price hike to everything if you buy it from outside of Russia as well.
Anyway, in my opinion Russians play this game instead of the ones you listed because they don't have to pay up front, after all people in Russia earn nothing per month compared to the US, and this game is about one of the most significant events in recent history for them. On top of that, you can comfortably play pretty much all significant WW2 vehicles with little or no investment. T-34s, Panzer IV, Panther, Tiger, Shermans, Hellcat etc. - all of these don't require a premium account to make ingame money and you get them after a fews day of playing. Significantly faster if you are willing to buy one month of premium, which is still significantly less than something like Overwatch costs. If you're in the game for historical vehicles going pew pew, you've pretty much got them all by tier 7, multiple lines don't even have any beyond tier 6, which you won't even lose money in with a standard account. So you can satisfy your need for arcade ww2 tanks without spending anything but time. Of course, if you get sucked into the 'competetive scene' these days or let MM grind you down, you can easily spend a fortune. But pretty much the same applies to idiots who need to get all skins in Overwatch asap.

Looking at the RU cluster, World of Tanks is a very affordable F2P game, with regular developer interaction, lots of community contests, and great sales/events...
Anyway, perhaps mail.ru will manage to push Project Armata to a level where it is a decent competitor in the Russian region, so WG will have to throw nice things at people again. I feel that's all we can hope for at the moment.

DDs? Probably the t9 and 10, t2-7 vary between outright terrible and ok. For the cruiser line, Probably the Kirov, Moskva, and maybe Chapayev.

Bonuses for emblems and inscriptions were supposed to happen in 10.0. When that patch didn't happen, emblem bonuses didn't happen as well. People didn't seem particularly enthusiastic about the idea anyway.

It's 70k on NA. I think most people should easily manage that in 45 days. Also, according to the ingame tooltip he's trained for the tier 1 boat.

Dynamic seems to be this year's buzzword. You know what was a dynamic game?
The fucking vision meta before TD alpha got out of control. Being able to go dark and relocate, the "fencing" and skirmishing of tanks contesting vision control, falling back, and finding new angles of vision. Getting information on deployments being a valuable thing, a position being viable, then poor, then viable again as conditions change...THAT'S dynamic.
Endless face smashing brawling is not. Corner fighting is not. Those are rote exercises in shooting, angling, and reload counting to win trades. Doing that EVERY FUCKING GAME is the opposite of dynamic.

_Goliard reacted to Bavor in Is selling premium tanks in the premium shop only a money grab?
I went back and looked again.  It was not relatively few.  Over 30 times in the past year Wargaming offered tanks for sale in the premium shop only and not in game.  Its been almost every new premium tank released in the past year and every old premium tank that was re-released for a short period of time was real money only in the premium shop.  It has been 39 tanks that were real money only..  Here is the list:
105 leFH18B2 59-patton AC 1 Sentinel AC 4 AMX 13 57 GF BT-SV BT-SV Cromwell B FV201 (A45) IS-2 IS-3A ISU-122S Kanonenjagdpanzer KV-220 KV-220-2 KV-5 M3 Light M4 Improved M41 90 GF M56 Scorpion Panther/M10 Patton KR Pz 58 Mutz Pz III K Pz.Kpfw. B2 740 (f) Pz.Kpfw. IV Hydrostat.  Pz.Kpfw. IV Schmalturm Ram II SU-85i T14 T2 Light T-28 F30 T-34-85 Rudy T-34-85M TOG II* Turán III VK 45.03 WZ-111 Also, some of the tanks that were offered for real money only had special missions you could only complete in those tanks.  Some of them had a month long x5 XP for every battle you placed n the top 5 or top 10 in XP after your first battle of the day.

_Goliard got a reaction from Buffalo444 in New Premium FV201 (A45), Tair 7 British Heavy
You could buy single keys to get to 45 and they combined with those you got for playing.
Also, why is this EU vs. NA when RU got the best mission again, as usual?
RU had to get 30 keys out of 47 and then got the tank and slot permanently, while NA had to get 45 out of 65 keys, and then had to grind out 200k XP and 200 kills on the FV201 before the 1st of August and within 8 days. Which meant if you completed your mission on the 31st of July, you got the tank for 8 days but only had the rest of the day to grind out the XP and kills.
Also, on RU you had to pay $30 for the tank if you chose not to get the XP any of the keys, while on NA you had to pay $59.54.
NA keys were $0.01 cheaper than on RU, though. Thanks Wargaming.net.

Considering the HD model out for the M4 improved it may be likely it's one of the next wave of mission tanks. Can't see the resources being put into giving the thing the HD treatment if the tank was going to be left indefinitely in purgatory.

[MVP], I think they managed to colloapse within a week or so, despite recruiting a very decent line-up (WN8-wise) in that time.
