I think you should not pose this as you vs statistics. Those are 2 different data points/sets and should not be compared. Your performance speaks about something completely else than statistics. I'd argue I'm the last professional analyst on this forum left (since Richard Nixon went away) so I'm on the opposite side of the spectrum so I'm also biased but you tend to assume stats are wrong because they don't relate to you. But that's not because stats are wrong or useless but is that you use them wrong. Stats are useful for balancing the game but you have to look at ALL THE STATS, weight them properly and take into consideration other non stats factors.

You forget one thing people highly underestimate the value of hit points. Data shows that high HP tanks overperform compared to their perceived "goodness". There are many tanks with good wr with high hp, meh armor that works at random - Ferdie, KV5, O-Ni. They all overperform for the same reason. Survivability. I'd argue not having reliable armor + high hp in some cases is better than low hp + armor that work 100% of the time because people will be more agressive vs you so you get more chances to punish their agression

Also 25% extra camo is huge. With camo crew + camo paint + bia + food it gets over 40 camo. This means it can spot in completely different ways compared to other tanks. You seriously don't know how spotting works (which is understandable, U bad) so you don't know how important that US. U can do active spotting runs in this tank at 200-250m vs t8 tanks and 250-300m vs t9-10 where other lights have to spot at 400+
Why is the avg person who buys the ELC EVEN 90 better? And if you are going to suggest to me that people know what they are buying I'm going to laugh at you and send you to an economics lesson for the 2nd time. Not to mention do you suggest to me ELC EVEN 90 is a rare case of a tank that's only bought by good players while every other light is bought by average? 
Also there is an easy way to disprove your theiry. The site below shows curves of player vr vs tank vr. I can't link to ELC EVEN 90 but you can find it. It clearly shows that ELC EVEN 90 overperforms for people of EVERY WIN RATE. 44% WR players get a 0.5% boost. For people from 50% and more the boost is 2-3%.

I know you said multiple buffs. I'm just pointing out inconsistencies in your rhetoric. Not my fault you are as bad at expressing your thoughts as you are at tanks. On the other tank it's only possible to hold your positions if you forgoe logic so in a sense it's a mechanism you use to protect yourself from the negative feeling that you are wrong. It's a well studied phenomenon. You will now say anything because me tell you, you are wrong made you feel attacked. Now you will say anything, no matter how illogical to protect the idea you were right. The problem is neither logic nor coherent expressions are your strong suits so all your are doing is entertaining us here with your rather preposterous opinions

No but buffing a tank with 52.4% overall WR makes it OP. Indien Panzer is better than it was but it was UP. ELC Even 90 is overperforming. it has a higher overall win rate than Obj430. Would you buff obj 430? 
 
Because we talked about lights in general. If you argued ELC EVEN 90 is broken I'd agree. If you compare ELC Even to for example type64 you have a tank that's 50% the height, 60% the length. It's smaller than other lights.

The tank is already very bearable. It's not the tanks fault you suck in it. Most people don't. Again the average WR on EU is 52.4% WR. Which is higher than your overall WR. 
 
So what you are saying is that type64 may be better but EBR105 isn't so the tank overall is still at the same #4 spot for light tanks? It's nice you are arguing with yourself. Though I agree type64 is better, EBR105 is worse than elc even 90.
 
I'm actually refering to tanks stats. You are refering to your feel of the tank. Also I'm 100% sure I'm way more adapt at being closer to objectivity than you since again. I'm an analyst and forecaster by job. 
 
 
Still I'm all for the buffs for ELC EVEN 90. I Will ruin the life of people like you even better. Noobs don't like the tank while I love it. Even on my 16fps laptop, min settings that hurts my overall WR by 4-5% with only 20% prem loadout I pulled 66-67% WR in it. Buffs? Yes please. I will repair my pc and have the highest consistent WR for any tank I ever had.

WG is really going for unusable, wonky autoloaders recently. Either 4s intraclip or 3.5s reload. Next it will be a gun that only fires in arty mode but doesn't actually fire up.

Lack of reliability is a huge problem in low tiers because you have to solo carry there way more often when your whole team dies in 1minute
