Holy shit I am so done with this game. I cant stop playing it but I am super frustrated after every evening I played it, because I am bad. I cant reach my old levels of performance and that is making me super sad.

To the top purples here. Did you ever stop feeling bad? I've been a 3100wn8/61% wr player. Dropped to 57%/2700 and climbing back up but I feel like a total scrub.

The game feels like a reflex for me. There's zero thought that goes into it and I receive whatever results. I never feel like im bad, just normal. I peaked at high 70s solo WR in tier10. Meta changed and that wasn't possible anymore, so high 60s/low 70s became the new normal. I've permanently stopped playing but I'm sure if I came back id still feel "normal" regardless of what I achieved. Years ago when i was still improving I stopped feeling like a bad player when the game became predictable.

Destroyed my 4th Mouse while playing WoT yesterday.
The graveyard now consists of:
4 Mice (G9x, Razer Deathadder WoT Edition, Logitech G Pro, Steelseries Sensei)
1 Monitor 22" 1680x1050
1 Keyboard Logitech G11
2 Headsets but I'm not sure.
How much stuff did you break while playing WoT or am I the only lunatic?

With my WoT buddy passing away a couple days ago I'm going to retire my account as playing doesnt feel right anymore. This game has been a huge part of my life the past 8 years and contains many of my worst moments as a person. I'm at a point in my life now where I'm genuinely happy and not the unstable lunatic who took WoT as life or death. Idk how to properly say goodbye to a great friend, but I'm going to start by shelving WoT and its memories. I don't game much anymore between work and rock climbing, so this is a good point to end it.
Take care wotlabs, it's been a weird ride from age 17 to 25, but I'm glad it happened.

Thanks for suggesting the Verdon Gorge, It looks pretty sweet! So far I've hit up the Frankenjura and deep water solo spots in Mallorca and have been meaning to do some French climbing eventually. As I'm primarily a boulder bro I'll most likely go to Fontainebleau first. Hopefully I can get some climber friends to take another trip with me

The amount of 300+ pen shots that im bouncing on the GSOR1008 turret is a bit absurd. I miss the days when there were only 4 autoloaders in the game, and you could go an entire session without encountering one.

Nope. German turreted TDs all have the exact same turret traverse speed. The grille15 traverse 2 dg/s faster but isnt a full turret. Skorp is the second fastest after grille15. The borsig and waffle4 have HT mobility.
Skorp is the best out of all of them tier for tier by a solid margin after the grille15 nerfs. If you dont like the skorp the others will be painful for you.
Now I want to rebuy the borsig for some stupid tier8 750dmg camo derping

I've always been firmly part of team 'Maximize chance for opponent to get fucked by RNG'
Driving at people at an angle/switching angles so they hit tracks or ricochet off side armor, wiggling, fast pokes, baiting, showing the strong side of the T-10 pike nose, etc. There's very few cases where you can safely assume you wont take damage.
