    Actually I just saw that, thanks friend @Masterpupil2 I would recommend calling up AT & T ... if you Mom was "under the influence" it's possible that she may not be thinking straight. I would probably threaten the guy to end your contract rip hard times, thing will get better soon :)

    Odds are that your ISP has you on DHCP, which means your address is assigned to you at random. unplug your moden for like 15 minutes, reconnect and you'll have a new IP. if, however, you have a static IP from your ISP, you'll have to call them and have it changed. Though tbh, I wouldn't trust Comcast to do shit.
