I work as an accountant for a company that builds extra gear/cranes/whatnot on trucks. I have a nice overview of the gates to the shop and parking lot from my office.
Today we had a small budget meeting, sitting around the table discussing a bit tense, when one of the interns comes YOLOing with our giant forklift and rams it into the gate so hard that the building shakes.
Such an awkward silence.
I've been waiting all winter for that to happen. People driving like coked up mouthbreathers, both in the terrifying forklift and in the company van. The parking lot is literally wet ice, and it has been all winter. But hey, why not slam the gas so hard that you in no way can stop for a human, car or an entire fucking building. A new gate only costs 20.000 euros and a human is irreplacable YOLOOO
