  1. I recently got my BC and i struggle with pilsen a ton. Just out of curiosity, do you take it east and fight the meds if they have a heavier force, or do you try to get early damage on a head tank as it pokes in the west warehouse? I find myself unable to trade well in the east when i go there, but camping TDs on the 1 line prevents me from putting flanking shots into the heavies.
  2. thankfully I only brought 1 and used it for the last arty kill. thanks c:
  3. Just got done playing this game in my type 64 on El Halluf. The first shots on the t-50 was bad (ples don't watch that), and I poked onto the T29 and KV-2 when I shouldn't have, and I bounced lazily, but other than that I thought it was a good game. Was my first Radley and Fadins in my WoT career c: http://wotreplays.com/site/3343709#el_halluf-bochamp01-type_64
  4. Yea... I apologize if I'm on either of the name and shame threads didn't know these existed
  5. Thanks for the tips guys, i was thinking more of a 10 or so people big training room but 1v1 or 2v1 might work better. I have some ideas now thanks for the replies c:
  6. Hey guys i was wondering how i could train up my lower skill players to be at least decent. I've though about it many times and i am not sure how to either make them play better or help them understand where to go on maps or how to watch the mini map etc. I'm not the best player either and i have plenty to learn myself, but i feel like i could help the newbies at least play better than the average pubbie. How would you guys go about training someone? Go into a training room and show good positions or how to angle certain tanks? I don't mean to come across as a dick or rude, i just know these guys could play better as i have seen them do it before. I know RDDT and MIT does training and i'm not asking you guys to reveal secrets and such, just some ideas that could help.
  7. Thanks for the tips guys! I'll try and apply these in the next games i play. I'm very impatient and usually feel if im not actively doing something, I am hurting my team instead of helping it.
  8. I can't seem to figure this out. I've seen them go both ways and do very well, but im not sure where they played and how. I know playing peekaboom with meds is always bad for the AMXs but if I go city I just get rekt. Any tips?
  9. Can a mod delete this please?
  10. thanks for the advice c: hopefully i wont make the same mistakes again and can pull out the win
  11. I retrained his crew to have sixth sense on the second game because it drives me insane without it. TBH WG should just make it standard on all tanks
  12. my friend asked me to play his account while he is away on vacation, and im trying to get better just playing tier 10 meds so i played two games in the 121. First game is on Westfield south, i spawned in the east, so i climbed the mid hill, and tried to get shots onto the mediums in the east as they crossed. He doesnt have 6th sense which drives me crazy, but me bad decision making is what cost me damages not the crew/. We won the game, but what should i have done, to get more shots, and actually contribute? 1st game: http://wotreplays.com/site/2654626?secret=854902a6f8eb5ca3522a5b1f94a52dbf Second game is on artic region, both teams mainly have all heavies, and the enemy has 3 arty. i head to the north and try to get to the hulldown spot. i spot the m103 and the T30 is lit by our YOLOing M41. i get a free shot of damage, and pull back trying not to get hit by those 3 arty. poking against the m103 was a bad decision as it cost me my repair kit, and the second poke was worse, as i wasnt sure of the m103s reload and figured i could beat it. afte3r clear the m103, i head back to defend base, i miss the killshot on the 69, and try to get into a spot where i can defend against the IS3 and maybe save arty, but i notice the 69 and 54E1 flanking, so i quickly kill the 54 then take a huge shot from the e3 and the IS3 fiinishes me off. What could i have done there? would going back to the little sniping hill above me been the better call? pushing with the amx 50 120 and skoda been better? any help is appreciated. 2nd game: http://wotreplays.com/site/2654628?secret=854902a6f8eb5ca3522a5b1f94a52dbf
  13. Im making progress as i just played this game where i fell back after making a bad call, made a few key kills, and ended up clutching the game with 1min left. Replay link: http://wotreplays.com/site/2651018#el_halluf-bochamp01-amx_30_b , but then i go and play this game in my 50 100. https://www.mediafire.com/?tlgvgl3jh5246wc Could you guys tell me where i should have gone and done instead of what i did? Pushing Down was a bad idea, but im not sure where to go on Sand RIver in my 50 100.
  14. Thanks for the tips. The games where i do survive, i have those crazy WN8 games, but mostly i've been going to spots where i have seen Purples go and do tons of damage, but it may not be the right spot at that time and i get killed early. EDIT: For Example this game i just played, http://wotreplays.com/site/2522350#arctic_region-bochamp01-amx_30_1er_prototype i did 7752 DMG and definitely carried the game, but right before this game, i played a game and only had about a 1500 WN8 :/
  15. I want to get better at this game. I love playing it (when my ping and TWC cooperates with me), but ive seem to run into a wall. I cant seem to get past this wall of about 1700-1760 recent WN8. Padding it past that would be easy, but i want to actually get better at this game. Over 1k of my 6k games, was just me derping around in my ELC and didnt really learn anything from that. My favorite tanks to play are the FCM 50t, AMX 30, and T54 LWT, although i would like to learn how to play the AMX 50 100 as i am just abysmal at it. My biggest issue has been knowing where to go at the beginning of the match, and consistency. I can have 5k+ WN8 games and then have a string of 800 or less WN8 games. I've watched multiple streamers, tons of X3N4's replays, and tried to observe how he plays and why, but i don't learn very well that way. Any help is appreciated. I am always available after 10:30pm Eastern time, but if i don't work i can be available all day. Thanks for reading. P.S. i dont mind paying for someone to mentor me, as long as it's not too crazy
