How artillery works:
1) Arty splashes you for half of your hitpoints while you are driving at full speed
2) Your tracks are destroyed, you cannot move
3) You are camping at one place
4) Second arty hits you because it prevents camping
5) You are dead

Do over 5k damage, kill 1 and block over 3k in an IS7 and it's not even worthy of a 3rd class mastery. Can this be right?

WG needs to correct the LT hp malus. Just give them the hp of MTs +1 tier already.
