Im mostly annoyed at the fact that i have a <48% win rate in my is3 with 1750 dpg playing aggressively. after 70 battles i feel is shoould have balanced out a bit, and it had, up from 40% after around 30 games, but its annoying losing 15- 3 every damn match

Don't worry about it, 70 isn't enough for worry. If you're consistently playing well and keeping your gun in the game, then the winrate will follow, though I'm not sure how the state of the new MM is affecting things.

For what it's worth, I remember experiencing the same frustration with my E5, the damage output was good but the winrate wasn't matching, even after 120-150 games. It eventually balanced out at 61% as I increased the sample size to where it is now at about 1100 games.

Yeah thanks for the help, i just found it kinda wierd and was pretty annoyed that i kept losing despite what felt like my best efforts (though there is a tonne of room for improvement)
