So I go for a medical check-up. The nurse comes back with the results. Congratulations Mr.Wellsley you are as fit as the average 23 year old. At this point I am feeling rather pleased with my self as I am somewhat older than 23. The nurse looks at me and says "Don't get over excited Mr.Wellsley, the average 23 year old in this country is now very unfit".
