Food, gold HE rounds, and to a lesser extent gas will improve everything about arty. Gas improves rotation speed of tracks and gun (I believe), which will put you on target quicker, allowing you to aim in quicker. If you want to perform better, pay up. -

Like Marine said, Assault mode is easy mode. Lots of good players have it off, so you'll see less of them and your win rate will improve. It funnels the players into certain spots, so it makes farming easy. There are lots of blowouts, and the gameplay isn't great, but you'll still pad your winrate. It gives some variety. It isn't as bad as it used to be.

Any bat getting hit at 60kph is doing is a moron for driving 10 seconds in a straight line. With a few zigzags, they'll almost never hit you. Forcing arty to use the high arc would mean there are ZERO safe spots to hide. If anything, they should give all arty a lower arc, so less of the map is accessible to them or they'd have to find higher, more vulnerable spots.

There are 2 directions to aim to hit the same target. Normally the game is forced into using the shortest, most direct firing arc. This mod switches to the longed, indirect arc. You're still limited to the maximum elevation of the arty, which is why this guy has to drive up the side of the hill to increase the elevation. It's not abusing physics, but it is giving arty an advantage that other tankers don't have. You could always manually aim a high arc, but it's nearly impossible to do. Once I managed to fire straight up and kill myself in an M53/55. It took at least 20 shots to get it.

Load food and gold for max splash with M40/43 or M53/55. Pray for low hp enemies to huddle together. Doing counter arty can work on maps like mines where they tend to huddle together.

If the emails were the reason she's labled as crooked, then this might actually make some slight semblance of sense.
Should show Darth Sidious donating to her Resistance charity. Then she could give hundreds of millions to Vader to deactivate the death ray on the Death Star.
