Armored Patrol has an announcement (translated from Russian) that the 705 armor profile will be fixed in the second round of Common Test. This seems to confirm that there will be a second round of testing, so we've got a bit of time before 9.22 yet.

  Quick news – 9.22 is planned for the 6th of February on RU, and most likely the 7th on EU. An open beta of 1.0 will be released in March.

  The in-client stats didn't remotely match the model. And the top turret was correct. That makes it seem like a bug where they just forgot to put in the right numbers, and the placeholders were 300/300/300 for whatever bizarre reason.
