How do i put a signature and how do i put tanker stats under my name?

I am still having trouble with the signature even with changing it to http. I get this error message when i try to submit changes.

So i have my signature .png in my signature on the WoT official forum. However, i've been trying to get the text updated but it keeps giving me this error. I have tried using the other signature formats as well but it gives me the same error (i use minimalist)
