I've been trying to 3 mark the KV-2 R. Every. Fucking. Game. There are 3 M44s per team. If Wargaming is willing to nerf the progetto because there are 3 of them or more every game then why the hell won't they nerf that fucking abomination? There are people running around with fucking bounty equipment M44s that have a 15 second reload. I've seen poor bastards get perma tracked by one of them if they don't have a repair crew. Its beyond broken. Low tier arty is like high tier arty on crack.

Low tier arty became super imbalanced when they did the last big re-work because they boosted their rate of fire to absurd levels but barely nerfed their damage. Given so many low-tier tanks have poor armour, they are perfectly capable of 3-4 shotting a lot of tanks, or as you say, at least perma-tracking you. The M44 is the worst offender by far, but many of the other low tier arties are also broken as all hell.

If it's not an M44, it's a Grille, Hummel or of course a fucking Leffe. Arty at like tier 5-7 is OP, they didn't nerf the damage and pen proportionally to the same levels that they did the higher tiers.
Even with the HP buff, the M44 can still one shot some tier 6 TDs with a high roll and pretty much all tier 5 TDs. Yet a T92 can only one shot some tier 9 TDs with a full high roll, certainly not tier 10 TDs, and it has a 47s reload and the M44 has a 19s reload. How the hell they think that is balanced.
I am pretty sure many of those lower tier arties make people massively over perform.
