  1. And the finale (probably). I have replaced the GPU in my test bench. How did it work?

  2. Never used prebuilt PCs, never will and never recommend anyone.
  3. WG is going to screw 2.0 again.

  4. Here it goes! No blocking issues so far, maybe I'll get some money to replace my SATA SSD (ADATA SU900) with NVMe one. The Wraith Spire cooling solution I use now doesn't let the CPU to heat up higher than 70 deg. Celsius in Vulkan-based games like DOOM (2016). Now I'm really happy to put aside my old LGA1150 hardware and enjoy blasting Ryzen 5 3600X performance.
  5. Some troubleshooting with Customer Support Center allowed me to complete the bootcamp without severe issues. But how it looked like?

      And the CPU upgrade thingy.

  6. Blew off the dust from my absolutely weird test bench that meets minimum system requirements for World of Tanks. Trying to finish the tutorial was a bad idea.

@Folterknecht, my early WoT days (December 2012 - middle 2013) were way worse: Celeron T3000, 2GB DDR2-667 and Intel GMA4500MHD. It could barely keep 15 FPS on average.
Also you perfectly described the HDD in my test bench (spinning rust) because it has 1.4k reallocated sectors. And it's a 1 TB 2.5" Toshiba HDD. :serb:

I was playing untill recently on a 2011 Mac with Bootcamp. Imagine the graphics. Now I resuscitated my PC that runs an X6 Athlon, GT440, 8gb of DDR2 at 1066. So yeah.

@hazzgar The best thing you can do, is getting a 2.5" SSD (Crucial MX Series - around 55€ for 512 GB, german pricing ) as a boot drive and for WoT. The rest is e-waste, that refused to die. But that SSD will smooth out your Windows and WoT-experience.

  7. Starting with update 1.12.1, it's impossible to log in without Bullshit Center running in background. No reason to keep the game on the hard drive for me. Meh...

Seems like an inevitability, don't you think? They haven't used the native launcher for a long time now

  8. I was going to report a problem with mobile version both of light and dark styles, but you seemed to fix it before I did it. Great job! But some emojis are still dead though.
  9. Dark theme on WOTLabs forums? Hell yeah! :D

yeah, but replying to these statuses now redirects to profiles with the update

  10. My review on Crew 2.0 sandbox will be short. WG, you have screwed up the graphics. Period.

On the EU forums I described the sandbox UI as if a four year old had diarrhea and then been asked to draw the toilet with an orange crayon. Why make everything orange? Why not reuse the camouflage and BIA icons? Why not use a few different colours?

  11. Meanwhile, I managed to get into Sandbox-1 server without Game Center. Unlike the Common Test, classic email/password login is still functional there. So it's possible to install, update and play the Sandbox-1 game with good old launcher. I'm quite happy seeing this. :D

  12. I managed to go full derp and run enCore RT benchmark on incompatible OS (Windows XP SP3) and hardware that perfectly meets minimum system requirements. That was fun to watch. "Perfect result on minimum settings". Hah.

  13. Ah, the infamous update 0.9.23... some people started reversing 0.7.0 and 0.9.22.0.1 clients, maybe something will happen once upon a day.
  14. Was it better? If yes, before what day?
  15. The only hope is a leak of a server side (or someone making an emulator of it) of some old game version that was recent like 4-5 years ago or even more older?
  16. D. Gold ammo is only fine when I use it on Common Test server.
  17. I never bought any lootboxes and never will buy one because WG ignores my bug reports. Screw them so.
  18. That's a bug actually. Wargaming is aware of it but their plans on fixing this are not stated.
  19. If that would happen to some CIS (RU) content maker, no one would take it seriously. Because "leave today, enter next day" is the common scenario here.
  20. I remember I saw a section for World of Tanks mods on this forum but can't find it anymore. Can someone show me where is it, please?:S

Should be obvious that none of those are up to date. The official mod portal is the only one that guarantees accepted mods too.

Well, I'm always referring to WGMods portal when it comes to my products so if I start a topic here, it will contain links to that website.

  21. Yep, that's what I said previously. So... we should stay tuned and monitor the prices on all that stuff!
  22. I'd be fine at least with Ryzen 5 3600 which is Zen 2, but if respective Zen 3 model will work with B450 chipset for real, that would be better solution for me. Still hanging out with i5-4570 here.
  23. Yeah, they look very nice. According to Gamers Nexus, they will be also supported on systems with B450 and X470 chipsets, the beta versions of firmwares that include Zen 3 support will be available on January '21. That means that it will be possible to run such CPUs under Windows 8.1 or/and Windows 7, if a person still needs those operating systems for his needs.
  24. New generation of Ryzen CPUs was presented today. What's your thoughts on this? Am I the only one who thinks that AM4 socket is that rare case of long-living platforms that can handle multiple generations of the same yet improving processor?
  25. My rig was built in middle 2017 on LGA1150 platform because I was not happy with LGA1151 those days and was not interested in AMD either. Also I'm using Windows 8.1 because Windows 10 is not my option due to really bad behavior on all of my hardware (builds newer than 1507 produced ton of errors) and Windows 7 is about "we disabled Aero because that application sucks". Assuming that AM4 boards with B450/X470 chipsets support Windows 7, reusing these drivers in Windows 8.1 won't be a problem for me. Also 8.1 has native NVMe support, so there will no hassle with driver embedding.
