    I've updated and posted on strim and on the twitters, will post it here tonight

    once you've installed the modpack, go to "\Games\World_of_Tanks\res_mods\0.9.17.0.1\scripts\client\gui\mods\mod_pmod" and open horizontalStabilizer.json with a program like Notepad++ and change "horizontalStabilizerType" from "disable" to "full"
