  2. So yes here I go. I want to preface these replays with the fact that since coming back to the game one week ago I have not played much tier 10. Probably less than 100 games and most of them in my freshly bought and fully kitted 430U. All of the below replays are with that tank. I have 65 battles in it at this moment and average 2300 damage, 850 assisted and 55% win rate. I would be happy with 3500 average damage in it and will keep playing it until I have at least 200 battles to see if the Kolni method of spamming games in the same tank in tier 10 helps with getting better. If not I will probably seek some kind of mentoring to get better. So happy to learn from your comments Kolni and really appreciate what you are doing for the community! Our light tank gets taken out by the enemy yoloing T49. We have no map control to speak of so I take the spotting position for our campers. (Maybe use too much time to get in position) I spot a TVP, then nothing, then a STRV, at this moment I am still convinced that our flank that is pushing has enough tanks to get the job done, since at least 3 tanks are spotted in other positions. Enemy Leo pushes up and things start to fall apart. Enemy 430 U and object 260 gets spotted in other positions. Still my thinking is that the JP 100 and the Leos should not be enough to hold our heavies from making a victorious push. So what could/should I have done with decision making and positioning here to help us get a win? When our flank gets overrun like that. ( I miss a lot of shots for starters). I take up position on the field flank since our push seems to go well on the hillside flank. We take out an E100 and the enemy light tank. After this I am in doubt what to do, stay on the flank, push field,or help with the enemy STB?. So I am indecisive for some minutes here before I push field a bit later. What should I have done? Get some spotting, keeps missing a lot of shots and it becomes a scramble for damage at the 3:00 minute left mark. Here the indecisiveness strikes again as an IS3 turns up and I fail to kill any of them. Should probably have repositioned to get out of potential crossfire position before it was too late. Game 5 Lakeville - Unclinical end game http://wotreplays.eu/site/5305202?secret=49df144cf9759933b28230e73f1007fb After initial deployment I spot the obj 268 4 and since I don't want to face him head on I try to reposition. I sidescrape the 257 for a bit and are just holding position here, because I don't know how many enemies we are facing in the city at this moment. Both teams are quite evenly matched in the city. I want to take out the is3-2 pushing mid to free up the Skoda to go to the valley or help the city. After that we push towards enemy base. Approaching the base I make a mistake turning the tank too much so I get tracked and damaged ammo rack from the PTA. We push in and kill the rest for a win.

      Honestly, the boosts that just allow you to get into area a different way are ok (onto Airfield balcony safely, onto 8 line on Abbey through middle, you get the idea). They actually make the map more playable in some ways.

      The ones that just allow somebody to camp base super effectively are pure ebola. 

      Aggressive ones I am 50/50 on, if they're broken with double bush like Fjords they should go but some are not that great and leave tanks really open, they could stay because they're super situational.

      I personally think that if its a position that is one of the defined "unaccessable areas" on the map, I.E the greyed out areas, it should be impossible to get on to. some boosts that allow access to other proper play areas im on the fence on, but anything where the actual position is on a greyed out area, yeah that can fucking go.

  9. Yeah that is why I usually relocates somewhere else a bit faster than this game. Since the spotting damage kept pouring in I did a couple of more runs than normal before I left. And this was while 3 marking the tank as well so I kind of needed those games to be good.
  10. Thank you for the explanation mate. The thing is I find that it rarely comes to a fight for the cap in my encounter games. Maybe it is a meta difference? The only map off the top of my head where this is an issue is Murovanka. I might be turning off the encounter maps later to check if this makes a difference, but right now I don't find it to be that problematic.
  11. That is honestly far down the list of my frustrations in WoT. I would rather have that situation to deal with on an open map, than try to spot on Paris.
