The E3 is a fucking beast of a tank. And if you're not camping in the most retarded places and bushes with it like most pubbies do it can easily carry games solo in the current game. Just go to the main corridor and wreck it. I'm running it with double repair kit as well as optics+cola. Had a 5k spotting damage sand river game already and the double repair kit has made a couple of people mad already

That being said I skipped the T28 and T95. T95 just too slow and the T28 is atrocious (or so I heard). So yeah, if you can stay with it you'll be rewarded

I don't do that at all consciously  and you forgot the most important aspect: don't overthink the fucking game. It's just World of Tanks, nothing more.

I'm already reporting all arty platoons I see for unfair play. Platooning 3 Conq GCs or bat arties  up is just being a fucktard and trying to grief others in the game.

Never really seen anyone post a replay session of this tank which kinda is a shame because it's playstyle is quite unique. Average was probably 4.3k, started doing the UK mission on it and I'm almost half way done

Owning the Type and the IS-6 already I'll get myself an FCM. Seems like the best pure credit earner to me plus I'll need a change of playstyle.
The IS-6 is good for carrying but incredibly dull to play plus it sucks against most T9 heavies. Also it most likely won't make too many credits as you'll find yourself shooting APCR at most stuff above T7.

The average T10 noob is not your average T7 noob and that's a fact unless you're gonna deny a positive correlation between battle count and player skill. The majority of players get better the more they play.
In my experience the average T10 tomato is a 700 wn8 IS-7 and that's way more dangerous than a 400 wn8 KV-1S. Not to mention double digit wn8 botstat players just don't happen on T10 whereas they are pretty frequent on T6.

Honestly I just don't think you can adapt your play to T10. Putting optics and food with a 3+ skill crew on T-34-85 or Jagdpanther or whatever the fuck you roll should be as hard as T10? Quit dreaming. In higher tiers things start to become more equal. Simply having an optimized setup won't give you an advantage over anyone, almost all people play decent crews with sixth sense at least and view ranges are more level also. Gameplay suddenly requires thought and you won't be farming damage off people who don't even know that they're spotted. And you're damn right that good T10 play with thin margins for error should be rewarded more than the gimmicky stuff you need on fucking T6.

I personally don't respect players who don't bring it on T10. They're just running from the holes in their game back to the comfort of seal clubbing where some simple tricks are enough to outperform most...

It's totally useless. Either a guy pens me or he doesn't. Doesn't matter if he's 400 wn8 shooting heat or 2.5k wn8 and knowing where to aim. The result counts.
What players like you fail to realize is that you have to make people play your game instead of you adapting to perceived strengths and weaknesses of the enemy team...

The amount of analysis and thought some guys put into this game just amazes me... I'm so awful at stuff like this I can't even properly picture or imagine your examples, don't know the spots you're talking about or anything. To me I just go somewhere and do something on the basis of "oh yeah that might work". It's just feeling...
Sometimes I try out stuff and it works but I tend to forget quickly, so I might rediscover it again a week later. I don't think I know more than 3 exact armour values/slopes/penetrations in this game (this kinda hurts me more than it should...) and I don't watch replays and streams a lot either as it's just useless to me, I forget it anyway.
That being said this way of constant discovery in the game has probably always helped me in the one area that in my opinion separates good from great players: predictability and patterns. Great players don't have those. I'll just leave it here, this post is already weird ass enough as it is lol.

I think it's a terrible map. It's even more cluttered than Kharkov... You can't really manoeuvre because there's too many campy corners and firing lanes. It has happened to me thrice now that I tried to flank and behind a random corner sits a big ass TD and basically instagibs me.

If you want to be at the top of this game or your game in general it's all about mindset. The small advantages of XVM don't outweigh the amount of tilt... It's not even close.

Please, please just PLAY YOUR GAME. Go to the locations where you are comfortable playing, make the moves you normally make. If I am teaching you, it is my responsibility to identify your mistakes and help you improve. How can I do that when you add 1.984*1096 new ones trying to duplicate my play? If you do that. I am not evaluating you - I am just evaluating your impression of me. It will also usually be a poor one, as my "moves" were honed over thousands of games after already learning the basics of being purple.

It is hard to relate to green/blue thought processes - what I notice is that they need to think about tactics which a dark purple will process automatically. I don't make the same mistakes they make - many of them fall under "never under any circumstances..." and I simply don't need to think about them. I often forget that they are possible, because I have through experience eliminated them from my play. I still make mistakes - I just make completely different ones. This makes it more difficult to teach than I thought it would be. It is exponentially harder if my students try their best to duplicate my play.

Above all else, focus on what YOU consider to be playing well. I will help you refine this concept after seeing what yours is. Otherwise you will get nowhere, I will be frustrated and will in the future only send you invites involving shit tanks in an early time zone.

X3N4 got a reaction from Mr_Snuggles in Platooning vs solo win ratios
I personally think that achieving over 60% solo winrate is no problem. My last 1k battles are still 62.5% and I played all randoms in that span, occasionally CW. Nothing else. And that includes the last 100 or so which have been the worst RNG streak I ever had since I created my account. If you wanna go above 65% you gotta be exceptional and play the proper tanks that can carry hard (RU meds for instance) and play them in proper sessions (focussing on one tank).

Everybody telling you that it's not possible just can't accept the fact that he's not able to carry hard enough and is a hater.
