  2. 2200=Notices ally eats isu-152 shot, takes opportunity to take 2 shots and then disengages 2600=Sees the isu-152 fire, maneuvers around behind and kills him and takes no damage in return 3000=Outspots the isu-152 due to superior positioning, connects a track+dmg shot to enable allies to give supporting fire, exploits the now-vulnerable gap in the opposing team's line, allied pubbies become emboldened by the aggressive maneuver and follow through with the flank, gg was close

  5. This is the second great impression I've gotten from a KURO player, so I felt like I needed to make a praise post. After taking a personal-record worst hit in my E5 and dying in the first two minutes, Kirigiri_Kyouko drives all over the map to carry my sorry ass to a W. A few months back, a KURO amx 50100 who was on reload blocked my oneshot Ehundo from being taken out by an E50M...when I thanked him, he responded by saying that "No worries, you were oneshot, gotta keep as many guns in the fight as possible." 10 outta fucking 10, KURO are da real pubstar MVPs.
  6. Apologies if I missed the answer to this somewhere, but what about partially aimed shots? With soft, faster firing tanks I usually never wait for the reticle to be fully aimed. I let the circle partially close and then fire while it is still closing, with the goal of minimizing exposure and getting as many reasonably accurate rounds downrange as possible. Will this style of play still be sustainable, or should I be ready to change my playstyle to fully aiming every shot once the patch hits NA?
  7. Great surprise to wake up to, overall went from ~1980 to 2008...finally, I will be that juicy Hawaiian Punch blue
  8. What is your favorite animal? More seriously though, how do you decide when to back up a yoloing ally when there is little to no information about the enemy dispersion? There have been several games I've recently played where a few allies have moved up to aggressive positions only to be overwhelmed by the sheer number of enemy tanks that eventually uncloaked and rushed them. In these situations I've wondered whether I should be up ahead with them to try to give them a better chance at surviving, or instead hang back and try to do as much damage as possible while my prematurely aggressive a
  9. Been doing pretty terribly in this vehicle, at 46% currently and 1418 dpg (sample size is only 58 battles, so hopefully I can turn it around). I want to ask, at what point during the aiming cycle do you all fire? With most mediums that I play, I typically fire sometime after the circle starts closing and before the circle is closed all the way (unless going for a very long range shot or a small weakspot). I subscribe to the whole "volume shooter" idea, so I typically try to get off as many shots as possible with minimal exposure when playing mediums, and it has worked well for me so far. Is th
  10. Thanks for running this Never, wotlabs is a great community!
  11. Thank you all for the advice and suggestions. I've decided it is probably best to get at least two more tier Xs before applying, as it would make me much more useful (especially due to tank locking, I had forgotten to consider that). Again, I appreciate the input, and hope to see you all in some pub games!
  12. Hello, I am looking to join a clan wars active clan and ran into a bit of a dilemma. I make the stat requirement for a few of the clans under the Experienced/Competent subheading, but I do not meet the Tier X requirement for all but one of them. Should I focus on grinding out more tier Xs before applying, or should I pursue the clan that I do meet the requirements for (PLSGO). Thank you, and if anyone can suggest a clan that is not on the list that would be a good fit for me I would appreciate it. Tier X Tanks E 100 Object 140
  13. You meet the Wn8 and winrate requirements for TL-DR (formerly RDDT4), which is the CW training clan for the RDDT family...the RDDT ts is redditwot.ts.nfoservers.com, so if you are interested then go on and look for a TL-DR officer. I'd recommend TL-DR because its primary goal is to prepare players for CW, and participating in CW was something you mentioned interest in. As for getting better, I think the RDDT family gives players the opportunity to do just that. I started with RDDTX, one of the social clans, and despite being a total scrub there were competent players willing to platoon wit
