Objective 3 can apparently be attacked from various hills around

Arty can damage the objectives, but it's somewhat difficult to do, and at most you'll only be doing non-penetrating hits, so your hits are kinda ineffective unless you are just trying to finish one that no one is near. I've done it with M40/43.

There's some Chinese tier 9 TD floating around too, you can see it on tanks.gg. It looks like crap, so it fits the primary requisite for a free tank.

I am using the derp.  Just the armor and gun depression are so different compared to the oni.

Anyway, I don’t know if he knows but O-Ho for long has been my all time favorite tank in the game. Gun depression has always been an issue, but its possible to work around once you get used to it. However, I have to admit that playing the O-Ho nowadays is certainly not the same than what it was in 2015-2016. Back then, none of the high-pen premium TDs existed, average pen in tier 8 was in general lower as well as less people spammed gold, MM was much better, so the O-Ho’s armor overall was significantly more effective. Oh and your favorite food, IS-6s, were still everywhere; now they are extinct more or less. With those factors and super cancer tier 8 MM thanks to the amazing 3-5-7, you are struck with a tank which still has one of the most hilarious guns in the game, but has practically worthless armor unless you actually get a perfect matchup where you can remember the 2015-2016 days although it will probably still have 3 arty cus that always happens when ur top tier lol. I think my recent average blocked is like 900 or even less, whereas I think I had 1.5k+ a couple of years ago.

I almost never play it anymore; it’s still hilarious in 3x O-Ho toons, but playing it solo is just...no. It still has a lot of giggle moments, but you dont have them as much anymore whereas the frustration part is at least doubled when you have to play it like a pure support vehicle, except a support vehicle that is bigger than Maus and goes 25. It’s still my favorite tank in my heart...but it is my favorite tank to play anymore? Hell no. It has never been amazing, though, but IMO it was legitimately a solid tank a couple of years ago, now its kinda trash

Tier 8 heavies are the primary victims of 3 5 7. My m4 49's blocked damage nearly halved and damage dealt dropped by something like 300.
The O-Ho at least has the derp, and can be a right pickle to heavies with thin sides - 277s and IS-7s not so much......

For the armoured derpgun playstyle, I've been having good success with spamming HE out of the WZ-111 (platooned of course!) The DPM is depressing given it hits for something like 150 on average, but it tilts tier 9 heavies like nothing else, and unlike other HE spammers the 111 is actually reasonably mobile and has the armour to anchor against pretty much anything you can meet, especially in a platoon. Also shits out creds unlike the reg 111, and you can always switch to AP against lowtier tards.

I enjoy playing pref 8s simply for that reason, I don't have to deal with the cancer that is 10s in a tier 8

This. I have on more than one occasion respawned to lttb to exploit a gap and yolo past enemy lines and murderfuck the turd who decided to arty focus me the moment I’m lit over multiple spawns when I’m in very different tanks for “reasons”

They redid tracers and shell effects so it feels very different.

I'm kinda excited for the 430 U, but not encouraged by test server reports. It's apparently grossly OP, and given how good WG is at balancing things, it's either going to go into the game OP or nerfed into uselessness. The TD doesn't excite me at all.

Smart choice. After about 2 games in the 65t, I decided to preview the AMX M4 51. I saw that the stock turret was the same as the 65t's upgraded turret and noped myself into saving the free xp for the M4's upgraded turret. What a rare blessing that the M4 51's stock tracks can support so much weight, you can mount any configuration you choose on them IIRC.

So did you use the second gun and stock turret?

On the AMX 65t I used the 100mm + stock turret.

On the AMX M4 51 I'm using the 120mm + upgraded turret.

Played against Marine in his 113 on Ensk today. Don’t know if he’s a rager or not but his team was awful. I think we won 10-0. But that’s what happens when you ignore the east flank on Ensk.

With the low server population of na and the lack of tier 6/8 means even less clans are participating. It seems about 80% of the people playing the campaign will be able to buy the tank, but only a small fraction will earn the 4k bonds just through campaign.
