      70€ ffs, but its with 12500 gold, if u need the gold, its good deal i think (around 40€) 30€ for a type 59 is 100% buy imo (its still among the best t8 mediums AND has spmm...)

      All it needs is good crew and a good driver

    After doing some OC on my new build I decided to try out PubG.

    Finished this build last week I used ASUS preset OC profile. OC Threadripper 1950X to 4.0 GHZ, some how the temperature drop from 30-40C to 18-25C in idle.

      My one over clocks it's self to 1960 MHz and basically stays there while I'm gaming.  It said on the box that it boosted to 1650MHz.....

      thats cause gpu boost 3.0 clocks it higher automatically.

      no point boosting to 2GHz though as itll thermally throttle clock speeds.

      Technically its less than 2 years old.  The GTX 1080 was $700 when released 2 years ago.  The GTX 1080 ti came along later.  I have the EVGA GTX 1080 ti FTW3 Hybrid.  When I increase the power level to the maximum(127%) and increase the GPU clock to +105, it shows up as running at 2088 to 2101 MHz in games.  The memory seems to be stable at +550 MHz in most games.  In some games I can run at +600 MHz. 

      There is a switch on the FTW3 cards that switches between the different BIOS on the card.  One allows a 127% maximum power.  The other allows less than 120% maximum power.

    Yes, I pulled the trigger on 1st gen TR. Got really good deal on it paid $666 (Saved $420 including taxes). Thanks, I will keep that in mind. @Necrophore I forgot to mention, it will be liquid cooled so the stock cooling system doesn't matter. Yea, it gets pretty expensive; I will probably return some of them or save it for future loop revision. I haven't purchase the GPU yet, however I just purchase my RAM today.

    Decided it's finally time to replace my old rig after 5-6 years. I will continue update this thread later, just bunch of images for now. Build Parts: CPU: AMD Threadripper 1950x (Paid: $666.2 MSRP: $999.99) Motherboard: Asus ROG Zenith Extreme ($389 MSRP $550) RAM: 32GB G.SKILL TridentZ RGB 3200 mhz CL14 ($545) GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 Ti (Have not purchase yet). I need to choose my purchase timing carefully, so I can do EVGA 90 days set up program for the next gen GPU. Case: Thermaltake Tower 900 ($219 MSRP $250)
