Even though clan wars is dead, I decided a couple months ago to join a clan and start doing clan wars again. I was reading the season 5 info recently and noticed something: http://forum.worldoftanks.com/index.php?/topic/524125-season-5-expected-january-17/ No tank locking now in clan wars. I guess that changes strategies. You no longer have to worry about staying alive or if you will have certain tanks available for a battle later. Also wars of attrition are a thing of the past. You can no longer defeat a clan because they ran out of tier 10 tanks to play. -

Okay, so new campaign teaser is up: While no official information is posted on the official site(soonTM), I'm willing to guess that WG is lazy and rules will be at least remotely similar to previous campaigns. However, the reward is kinda interesting - 121B. I'm posting this in advance to discuss whether playing this one will be worth it. I also may or may not be available for campaign and in need of a clan if anyone is interested in a legionnaire. Also tagging @PityFool so he can move it in the appropriate section. -

It still add links to different sites that will give you enough information for your daily needs on players and clans. It looks like there will be less time needed to grind in stronghold skirmish battles for boxes/influence. Division upkeep is free and combat reserves are off. With the campaign over and clan wars and clan league just around the corner, Chai is looking to add more top players to our group. I have really low overall stats due to playing 12000 games at 12 FPS and an unstable 400 ping connection. However, I have a setup which can run the game worth a shit, and I am increasing my overall WN8 by 1 every 3 games i play. I currently have a 2.2k recent wn8 right now however I switched my mouse out and now I am logging of at a minimum of 2.2k with highs up to 4k. I have previously ran a clan and have calling experience. Although I prefer to deal with small groups. I am able to play 6 days a week on average. I enjoy doing strongholds and clan wars. One of the big differences I noticed with the new Clan Wars 2.0 is that it feels like a grind. There is no more, show up at muster, go over the map tactic or training room, fight your battle(s) and be done with it. Now you have to run stronghold skirmish teams every night to earn resource and influence. We need the resources and influence to build up the stronghold, use artillery and air strikes, purchase and maintain the divisions on the map, purchase and use modules, auctions on the map, etc...
