    Last night I downloaded and used Overwolf to convert replays. It has other capabilities, teamspeak/chat/email, but I have not used them. You can use it to record while your tanking (don't recommend it-it caused substantial lag for me), or you can use it to record while running an actual replay. It saves them into a wmv, that can be easily uploaded to youtube. Overall I give it a thumbs up !
