I recently purchased the Leopard after having a seriously heated debate with one of my friends whose general impression of the tank is that it is a steaming hot pile of German shit. However, after playing about 20 (with a 70 xTe) games in it, I could not disagree more with him. I love it! I just want to know if the German light tank line gets even better and also why people hate that tank so much.

Hi Tankers! Buddy Deeds here. You may remember me from such hit forum posts as “Tanking for noobs”, “Arty, why no controversy?”, and “MM: Does it really pit 15 tanks vs 15 tanks?”. Clearly I don’t avoid the hard hitting subjects and today is no exception. I want to address the most critical and core component of World of Tanks….yes of course I’m speaking of forum posts and in-game chat. I would like to join a clan to prep me for getting into clanwars while I grind t10's out, not sure what my options are though. My first 6k games were played at 15fps and it painfully shows. My only t10 is a T57 heavy atm, next in line is T62a, then Obj140. I am also considering grinding credits and re-buying my IS-7 after that. I have a decent of amount of battles since I grinded up alot of lines which I didn't want the t10s. so. yea. Essentially no clanwars experience since xout and foxey really didn't count as clans that knew what they were doing. TL-DR: Need clan suggestions for the st

Hey! Bought myself a shiny new IS-6 today and decided I want to IS-6 properly. I will be doing a 50 battle challenge with a few goals in mind: Achieve 60% WR in it, deal an average of 2200 damage, 30% Survival rate and get 1.5 kills per game. I've been playing this game for a pretty long time. Back about a year ago, I was running a bit over 3000wn8. Due to it's terrible luck based mechanics, balance breaking gold ammo and power creep, and campy vision system, I generally uninstall it for months at a time before getting back into it because all of my terrible friends keep playing it. Last time I did this, I took a break for 5 months, and for the last 3 months have been sitting at 2200-2500wn8. That's not terrible, but not as good as I used to be, so clearly I was dissatisfied. So the "top gun" on the 430 V2 which is the D-54 seems worse than the gun you start out with stock. By using it you trade an extra 18 average pen. on normal rounds for slower RoF, worse dispersion and worse aim time. It just doesnt seem worth using the D-54 over the M-63. Is this one of those tanks where the "top gun" isnt right one you should be using?

Hey all I am looking for players a bit better than me to show me ways to improve and hopefully having a good time at it. I prefer text comms over ts. I like to play mediums but I would like to learn how to play heavies or other tanks and I prefer tier 10 but may be grinding something. I usually play on west but I am fine with playing on east if wanted and usually play between 4:15-9pm western time zone. If you are interested please leave a reply or pm me in game.
