I'm experimenting with a youtube channel for tanks stuff. Up until now I have just recorded segments in OBS and pieced them together in YT's video editor. That has worked fine for recording replay commentary so far. But I was thinking of making a channel trailer/intro and I don't think YT's video editor is up to the challenge. I was wondering what peoples' opinions were on video editing software. Are the big boys (Vegas, Premiere, Final Cut, etc) the only way to go? Are the basic ones (Essentials, Movie Maker, etc) worth the time? Are there any decent open source options?

Hey everyone! For those who don't know me: I used to be pretty good at this game, playing in WGLEU for a bit, got 3 marks on most of my t10s and was main FC in OMNI, for a long time top 2 EU clan. Nowadays I am a bit less active and my play (mainly aim :P) is worse, and OMNI dropped off a bit but remains a topclan. Hello WoTlabs media community! I've recently started a YouTube channel featuring WoT replays. I call it the Consortium Broadcasting Channel since it spotlights the Minion Consortium clans, including M--M, M-I-T, BAKED, and ROHAN. Hey guys, Let me introduce myself first. My ingame name is DeleRT_. I used to be a World of Tanks player and my best moments in that period were playing for TCM Gaming in Season 4 and nowadays being part of KAZNA. After that, my vibe for the game died a bit and needed a new game to feed me. With World of Warships I have found that (from Alpha onwards).
