I've been searching one for a long time, but the "public" ones have too many level. Can you give any hints on how to know when you are hull down other than rotating the camera with your mouse which is pretty difficult in battle. For instance, in one of the Steppes replays you went to H2 from the south and had your side hull facing the enemy but nobody bothered to shoot at you even though you could dish out punishment to them. Screen caps below: Jackquelegs said there is a way to know how the tank hull such as a t62a is hidden using the reticle but said he didn't know how to explain it properly. I suspect it has something to do with the center marker/horizontal line in the middle of the screen seen in sniper mode. It looks like if that line is level with the terrain in front of you then everything below your tank should be hull down??? Link to post Share on other sites

Is that essential or just for the little bit of potential damage.I asked him the same thing a LONG time ago (page 11ish?)Basically, its like a game for him: How many blind shots created extra damage he wouldn't have gotten otherwise? When Im playing my mediums now, just this alone probably adds 300-500 more damage per battle in my tier 9/10s. You know the general area of the enemy, why not take the chance? What do you think is highest possible dpg in it over 50+ games, if you take results from Chuck Norris tournaments for other t10 meds as comparison and current dpg values from vbaddict so far? It's a ~0.00076% chance to win 17 games in a row, assuming it's 50/50 chance to win in every game (not counting the draws). Just a fun fact. Also in theory the streak is still going since I didn't lose and I also won one game earlier so you could argue that it's 18 so far but I guess it's irrelevant. One Pool's and one close to a 10k dmg game, not bad. I ran out of ammo in the 10k dmg game, slammed one HE shell up the E4's bum.
