Yes.  Its still basically as good as ever.  I only sold mine because I wanted the crew for the 416.

Fundamentally flawed.  Huge, vulnerable 1v1, slow reload, armor that's soft to gold spammers...in exchange for what -- 150 more alpha than a more balanced TD?

How do you feel about the line to the object 263? (starting from the su*-100m1) They have some interesting qualities with speed and ROF, but it's difficult to apply those qualities in battle due to no turret and no depression.

The theme of the line is:

 

- Extremely good camo, especially while firing

- low alpha, high dpm (pen tends to be poor, accuracy is ok)

- lol bad depression + rear mount

- good mobility

- armor varies, tends to be ok but not great

 

On flat maps with good camo and lines of fire, they do decent.  Not great, because even then tanks like RU meds or higher alpha TDs do as well or better.  And on maps that aren't suited to camo sniping, they are very poor.  They can't brawl, can't trade shots, can't fight on mixed terrain.  They are just too flawed.  Overall, its a very poor line, perhaps the worst in wot.  The only reason to play it is for competition/flavor and to collect an unusual tier 10.

On topic, how do you feel about the E50M? I hear mixed things from people about It. I like the E50 but a lot of people find the 50M to be too average at everything kind of like the E5.

Its a generalist and a pubstar.  Great for wn8 farming, ok for win rate farming, but loses out to its more specialized kin in platoons or competitive play.  I also do poorly in snipey mediums, and haven't owned the tank in a while.  Its not bad, but not one I'm concerned about getting.

You might, in some ways they are similar.  But the china meds are true mediums -- they can scout, but are not dedicated scouts like the AMX 13 90 line.  Its worth a look, just be prepared to get frustrated on nights when the derp guns won't shoot straight.
