Farming medals

I've recently had the idea of farming epic medals such as kolobonovs to make people warship me.

Currently I only have one, but if I only played tanks like Cruiser IV I could get a couple more kolobonovs.

Not saying they are easy to get, but its just pathetic in that thing.

I want to know you bloonicums' thoughts on this. Should I farm medals to be cool? Or grind my stuff?

Just grind. Rarely does anyone check a person's profile to look for their medals.

How about farming wins on a decent tier? I could give less fucks about someones participation badges then I could about my avg base capture ratio.

Distance driven requires no skill at all...hit ratio does.

@OP: I grind Steel Walls and High Calibers in my KV-1. I thought it was abnormal that I did this. But after seeing this thread, I'm glad that I'm not the only one who farms medals. Case in point
