I think the guns are different.  The Tiger II get the L68 with 225/285 pen, the A gets the L52 with 200/244.  Usually pen isn't as big a difference as it is made out to be, but in this case it is as there are alot of tanks with effective armor in the 210 range.  Plus in a pinch 285 gold pen can go through alot more than 244, like E75 turret face.

 

The A is one of the few heavies that can get to that ledge with a good spawn.

That tank is awful. Best 130.000 free exp I ever spent, VK 45.02 B is amazing. Even the Douchewagen is better than that piece of crap, and .

Don't act like a brawling heavy, your not. I played it like a medium, did fine. 68% wr in mostly solo games.
