I was penning though the front of the track and into the lower plate with Lorraine APCR (263) last night, so I would assume the RU meds would have no problems. Looks like you have about 100 pen to give from the Tank Inspector screen.

There's also a spot around... I think H3... where the buildings are low enough that you can shoot over them and hit parts of the hill as well, if you've spawned from that side.

 

And of course, you can shoot bits of hill from K4, and bits of hill can shoot clicker fags at K4

On topic, I was actually using this position just yesterday in my FCM. I often use it when I know hill's lost and I'm mopping up the 2 line.
