To be entirely honest I found his scouting guides immensely helpful when I started to learn how to scout. Given that I was yellow at the time I really learnt a lot about how some maps are played by reading his guides. I like to think that I have now outgrown him, yet I still think that his site was/is of good value for the community since it gives an easy access to some of the thoughts of light tank drivers especially to those who are still working on grasping the maps and camo.

Hell, he's never been quick to post games on congested maps.  I quit his channel after I stopped being hungry for how a scout works on open maps, and wanted to know what to do on cities.  He rebuffed my requests for such replays, and the only himmelsdorf he ever posted was one where the enemy didn't guard tank alley.  

 

I'm fine with that.  You guys should be more appreciative of his efforts, and less critical of his actual ability.

I remember back when I was pretty new and was tricked into thinking he was good (for a little while). I mean, I'd actually appreciate his old website if he actually stated that he wasn't actually pro. However, his ego will lead to people doing stupid shit in game because "Tazilon said it was a good idea1!11!!". It's like Centurion Mk. 7/1 drivers using the 20 pdr in pubs like retards all over again.

Tazilon is the best scout on the server.  He proved it by playing 50 thousand games in a vk2801, and averaging 1% more win rate than average.

Tazilon is a great guy and luckily I dont give zero sh*ts if someone calls them self pro scout, hes got a third mark on his VK28.01 that puts him at one point a constant top 5% in that tank, watching his videos earnt me the same mark.

Despite all the Tazilon is the reason why I got 3 marks on my VK2801, he went of to play Arch Age and now hes back, He is getting his tutorials and website back under way

 

 

And yet neither of you can barely manage 75% of my ELC output despite being a tier higher. Tazilon is a terrible player, you're basically telling a forum full of 60ers that a 55%er is the god of scouts, which is never going to end well.

 

 

Let me give an example, look at There's a whole flamewar going on, someone mentions Tazilon is bad, and the flamewar literally STOPS because everybody drops everything because everybody is united by the fact that we all agree that he is a gigantic shitlord.

If you are being outplayed in a VK28 by an ELC, you are not a pro scout, you are a retard

 

Hint: If you are spotting 3 tanks per game because you spot 6 one game and 0 the next (as shown by replays featuring him), you are probably suiscouting

 

 

As a funny aside, I do remember having a game where my ELC came up against his VK and I got the first strike in using my superior vision control.

Here's the thing that many people who like him fail to realize:

 

We don't have a problem with him teaching people. We have a problem with his massively inflated ego. He's basically the second coming of SS: sure, he does a good thing here and there, but it's all completely shadowed by his massive ego.
