X3N4, I just want to thank you for putting up all your replays. They have probably been the single biggest help to enable me to improve my game. I felt like I was stuck in a rut for a while around 1500 WN8 but lately (last 2 weeks at least) I feel like a very different player, one with more knowledge and skill and I have been regularly putting up games that either around 2000 WN8 or higher. I don't know why, but the game is just unplayable right now. I mean in my last 30 battles in the skoda t50 i fail to have over 3k DPG and 60% wr. The AX marathon is over, but randoms didn't change at all from being completely retarded bullcrap. Perfect time actually to start playing something else . I'm having so much more fun rushing B in cs:go Kappa, compared to raging over every single bs that's happening every minute in world of unplayable shit.

Yep, I rocked a steady 54% W/R yesterday.

Sometimes I wish I played NA as there the pubbies at least understand English (mostly) and are more aggressive, so forward play is actually supported rather than being left to die.

Case in point: X3N4's game on Kharkov in the 140. Rushed to a forward position where his team (including a 263) could easily support him and allow him to keep the enemies pinned = GGWP.

Instead, they all act like retarded cowards, X3N4 has to run (losing about 1k HP in doing so) and then he got yolo-ed by a Jaegeru who did 26 dmg all game with 1 kill.

I'm a native Russian speaker and it's one of the most challenging languages to learn so don't let it make you feel too let down if you're having difficulties. My fiance is trying to pick it up too and she finds it quite difficult. Just keep at it dude Just like WoT, practice makes perfect

I had a girlfriend who originated from Kazakhstan and I picked it up a little and bought a book to learn it because of that. Sadly we broke up and I quit on it for a while, now I'm trying a bit again. I had to start over from total scratch again though... Except my insults, they're kinda on point thanks to Stanlock's stream

I thought about Rosetta Stone but that's some serious $$$ you gotta invest there... That's what had me holding back now. Plus I have that book, can work through that first (it's like 400 pages)

Several times I helped my friend during her studies. After 3 years of hard (because learning and doing weird stuff on Favebook is hard) work she was able to rather fluently speak and write Russian. I think the main problem for me would be an alphabet - it's something totally new and so different from Latin one. Also a pronunciation wouldn't be a problem because I already knew probably the worst language to pronounce  

Just hear the staff of US Embassy in Warsaw trying to do it.

About the Russian language - I guess it's kinda harder to switch when your native language isn't in Slavic group and you aren't familiar with Cyrillic script.

I am learning French at the moment and I am using Memrise with great success. It is free and I really like it as it teaches you useable phrases in a good way, and you can find user-made courses that focus on specific aspects of a language (for me I have a special course just for the French numbers, as they are a bit weird).

Hi, X3N4! If you are really interested in russian but not ready to invest serious recources, give Duolingo a try, esp. their phone apps. They have a great Eng-Ru course, and now probably Ger-Ru too.
