9.8 - CGC nerf hype!

- New mode added for testing
- Changes to 36 individual mission condition (from re-balance to total change)
- For strongholds of tiers 5 to 7, added the option to fight on tier 8 tanks

PRAISE THE LORD SPIRE! (Been playing too much AI War: Fleet Command recently, with Fallen Spire and Spire Civilian Leaders enabled it's a cakewalk if you play it remotely right, even easier if you get Tier V Sniper, Spider and Missile Turret controllers in the galaxy somewhere that you manage to capture)

 

Also a "Twitch Plays Pokemon Red" reference, from just outside Mt. Moon, liberated from a fanfic about people cycling in time/storyline but being aware of it. In that cycle Pikachu (the anchor for the cycles) is "awake" but Ash is not, and, well, is a bit more spastic than normal...

 

On the other hand, do on-track just before nerf... not funny, WG (though I'm only at stock FV207 on that line), how am I going to fulfill clan obligations now? (No, 70 does not REQUIRE that you sacrifice your soul for it, I merely chose to)

 

Can't wait for AW, cause WG arty and being done with my favourite grinds means playing is tedious now.

I hope they make it shoot farther, so that it gives up that disgusting arc.  

I have hope that this is a nerf to its long range combat ability rather than silly things like view range, top speed, etc

So I'd just like to remind you of something I said long ago:

Its part of the game that makes the rest of it worse.  Only a fool keeps something because they can -- keep what makes the game better, toss the crap.  And as for WG's "working as intended" line...remember they work for you.  You crook your finger and WG's income drops 10%, Serb will be sweating bullets.  WG's culture tries to promote a command and control structure (you take what I sell, ya comrade!  AND LIEK IT!), but watch how quickly the cave when the community demands something (like an arty nerf).  If you glance at Warthunder, Serb's mortgage gets called in.  He knows this, although he doesn't want you to know it.  The failure of wowp has scared them shitless, I can assure you.  You say jump, serb will bitch and moan...and then start jumping.  And if he doesn't jump high enough...warthunder will."

Remember how arty was working as intended, totally balanced, and we should stop whining?  Remember how WG will never bend?  Keep this in mind next time some gaming company tries to resist the community's will. All it takes is a choice, and suddenly shit starts to change or else serb can't fly to the moon after all.

Sell your soul to SerB and give him some cookies. Also that IS-3 is not a autoloader like French tanks. It's a single-shot tank without loader as a crew member.

 

 

Inb4 the CGC nerf is "reduced reload speed by 0.0001%"

80% of pubbies will sell CGC anyway because WG nerfed and destroyed the only one good SPG.

Autoloader in this case literally being an automated loader, not a drum loader.  It simply means the tank has fewer crew
