It was only a matter of time before a thread like this was necessary for World of Warships.  I've included the purpose of this thread below.  Share your examples of pubbie greatness - bask in their logic - embrace their autist lifestyle.

My contribution:

Roax - Was in my New Mexico and all game him and another player were calling a NC and I retards and dipshits.  Telling us to go back to PvE for another 1000 games, etc.  All the good stuff.  End the game with highest exp on our team, but in a loss of course.

I sent him a message last night simply saying "You talk a lot of shit for being the 4th lowest exp on our team." I wake up and log in to the following gem.

I'm in my tier 4 Phoenix spawn on Big Race south side.  We are down 1 CV to 2.  Our CV pulls forward to join the rush which turns out to be the right move as we cover him and basically roll the opposing team.  

 

Towards the end, I kill one CV for my 2nd kill and am closing on the other one when....torp drop and boom, I die. I thought I had it dodged but thanks to lag, rng, a derp moment or all of the above I didn't have it dodged.  My own team starts to pile on the abuse and not in a good natured "oh hey look we are up by a ton and cruising to a win so lets poke fun"..... no, hulldown1 and randompolygamy decide to get personal with it all like my derp moment somehow blew their magic moment with each other or something... both were already sunk at the time of my demise.

I made a mistake, and ended up eating 4 citadels.  I spent the next 6 minutes running.  I eventually ran out of ocean, and spent the final minute of the game on the blue line.  I had 7 direct fire ships and 1 carrier trying to finish me off.  So a fair amount of shame on 2/3 of the enemy team.  Special note goes to their platoon, though.  After doing nothing the entire game (other than miss me or bounce), they got mouthy about me and the line.  So much salt...

 

Oddest part, I had no desire to be on the line.  Simply had to go that way to keep from opening up to the NC who cut south.

Adding myself, I was carried a LOT yesterday.  It was amazing, I ate a FULL spread of torps from bombers in my derpitz.  I ate a full spread of torps in my cleveland from a destroyer I *knew* was in front of me... but I still rushed him and paid.  I ate 2 spreads of torps in my fuso from me being completely obtuse.  I felt like a complete idiot (because I was).

Can't confirm 100% but appears you get a boost to XP for surviving a winning match so that might be the difference with what you're seeing.

Kills are King. I get more exp and credits for a 2 kill 30k damage game then I get for  a 90k damage game. That's in my Tirpitz.

% damage done affects xp. So if you kill 3 shimas from full its worth 3x a full yamato for the same damage.

I feel that all the special banners boost the awarded XP to some extent. Low damage, but a lot of kills, crits, fires, caps, defends, etc. can still give a load more xp than a game with 100+ hits only and high damage. Citadels feel like the highest multiplier, but that's probably because they give the most damage as well. But this is all purely based on feeling, haven't seen anything that I can throw in as a fact.

Yes, he's played nearly 300 ranked battles at 50-51% to reach the top bracket.  Yes, that's a 6% torpedo hit rate on a ship that has point-blank torpedoes only.  Seems to be the poster-child of "failing your way to the top" in the current ranked battles setup.  I played several matches with him tonight, and I'm pretty sure I lost every one where he was on my team.  His idea of contributing to the team is driving his shitty Mahan onto the center cap, parking behind an island, and screaming at his team for not "supporting" him (ie, driving our battleships onto center cap and dying).  Luckily I played a few more battles against him than with him, so I was able to at least earn a few stars for my trouble.
