The Iowa is such a turd it needs the acc buff to be even remotely competitive.

Unfortunately they buffed all the relatively good ships and left the shitty ones untouched, except Furutaka.  The huge AA buffs are a bit excessive, CVs are pretty much a novelty now anyway that's only good at punishing a shitter who is overextended.
