For instance how much experience I should have on a tank to be allowed to up- or downvote it. I own only a very limited number of these tanks, since they're tier 10 and take ages to unlock. But I have played almost all of them for a fair number of games on the test server (a few of them so much that playing them on the live server after I unlocked them there became boring). When I made my last post I had only the tanks in my mind that I played on the live server and of them the FV215b is definitely the worst (for me), so I sold it again after a few games. I was salty simply because of the reason you dowvoted it. If you don't like the tank, then that's your opinion and I respect that, but this is a thread to upvote/downvote tanks based on their performances in the current meta in WOT. To say it looks bad and that you downvoted it because of that because the "rules were unclear" is just a little silly. The only rule is that you downvote tanks that are bad and upvote tanks that are good up to once per day. There's no requirement for experience or anything like that. People giving fluff downvotes/upvotes is a pretty common problem in elimination threads, I probably shouldn't of relied on the forum name (serious-face discussions) to hint people to the fact that they should take it seriously.
