The Expected Value for the UDES03 is 2038 WN8 as of 2016-12-12. I'd expect this to rise to 2057 or even 2068 over the next week.

No, I'm absolutely dead serious.
It has been decided that the WN8 values will be split up into nations, where you have to pay to unlock the WN8 for each nation.
For now, it's only the Swedish tree, till the account indication system is fully operational, and after every stat site has been notified.
This is to get some revenue for the 12 hour per day, 7 days a week, 356 days a year work, that is being done on the values.
