They got sniped for the reason that they were never going to win in the first place, and they were so rare to the point that most people here haven't played it. But as you point out the T-44-100 is pretty much the same deal

Poor Spershing and KV-5.  I used to dislike both these tanks  I sold the KV-5 a couple of times.  I guess I've just learned how to play questionably armored tanks: pick your battles carefully, then bully!  Pref MM is not to be sneezed at either, but I guess they have to be eliminated sooner rather than later.

Not sure why people don't like this tank. Its armor works if you know how to waggle properly, its AP is cheap and has good pen for a pref8, and its APCR is also pretty good for a pref8

It wasn't excluded, but people kept removing it on their own so I just dropped them so I didn't have to deal with it anymore.

T26E5 (Patriot): 31+1=32 'Murican comfort. Ripper Patton with more armor, and great base shells, so you can earn 150 k every 5 min in stronks. Just accurate enough to hit Liberté in that nipple on roof, just nimble enough to never be late, fast enough to run away from every tank you can not out-fight. Murdering sheltered mm tanks is a joy (and source of income). Most of the tanks eliminated so far are just food for 'Murica. Of the ones left only Liberté, Löwe (OK, not a genuine threat, more of an obstacle, together with 112), and Skorpion G are threats, but all are one-dimensional tanks you can outplay somehow...sometimes by outspoting, and racking assist dmg on them (arty, mmm), sometimes by outflanking/outpositioning...

Best armoured scout in tier 8 (T32 and Löwe are too slow, others are too blind). Best tank to track/finish ppl in stronks. Skorpion G may be as good, but only for the best players...even they can win more with Patriot (and make more money). if you wanna rape ppl, E 25 does it better and more fun, anyway.

It gives you the taste of how the E5 feels like in higher tiers:small alpha, great dpm, armor that works great vs AP, and just OK vs gold+accurate guns. Good acc for tier, and especially for premium tanks.

Once in a city map with Skorp, or in tier X/open map with Liberté, you are not having any fun. I got my mastery on Prokh with Patriot in a tier X battle. With arty. Go figure.

T-34-3: 2-3=out, you cancer of a tank. WZ after buff is as fast, has workable armor, more hitpoints, same view range, and much better gun acc/aim time/handling...on a heavy...+you could have got it for free, so even better.

if you wanna gun as derpy as 34-3, get 112. It can afford to aim 4 seconds at 50 m distance. Passed the 15.3 mission with 112, with enough dmg combined (mostly blocked) to pass 15.4.

Does anyone want to hazard a guess at how the 252Y in its current form would fare on this list? My take is that it is at least as good as, if not flat out better than the Lowe, Liberte and Patriot, unless there's anything hidden which fucks it over.

Not absolutely the best, but close. Patriot can farm more assisted dmg, by spotting more, tracking shots, and cleanup. Also, dirt cheap shells at 250. It can also chase tanks around that would simply stay clear off Löwe.

New Löwe is close to being broken as it stands right now more than the Skorp...in a good matchup. After the patch hits, it will be maybe the only same-tier heavy (aside from T34) to pen the japs semi-reliably from front.

But it suffers in a bad matchup...sometimes it is still too slow to rush straight away from spawn points...and it there is arty, be sure to get their undivided TLC.

IIRC the Blackdog is one of the worst performers in the game, so it surprised me too. But I havent gotten to try it in strongholds, so maybe that really does make it worth it.
