So, they are now selling it (just checked prem shop) for just below 40 euros. Its like UDES with 1/3 worse mobility, its fatter and has completely locked gun but it has armor that works against some meds and patriots and it has bit more DPM. Yay?

Will any of you pick this thing up?

Color me piqued. I'd just thought about running the IKEA TD line and only heard about this thing in the last hour.

Couple of vid reviews by Foch and Circon out already but definitely interested to hear the input of the resident purple tanksperts.

The preening nancy boy and the boring old codger probably have vids out as well but you can go look them up yourself :trump:

Would be nice to have a crew trainer, but it'll never be desired in Stronks over an udes or skorpion, and I'd rather use make money in a skorpion or defender. The camo seems to be extremely nice like the other tds though, so it's got that goin for it.

Hopefully I'll have it later today and can give you a solid opinion (Yay community contribs!)

I enjoyed the Udes, enough that I bothered to play 150 battles to get 15th or so for DPG on the NA. If the camo is just as broken as the tier 8's (which it looks like it is) then it could be a phenomenal training tank for the STRV tanks (S-Tanks). I personally like being a camo sniping bitch as it forces me to consider positioning and work on fundamental skills

as soon as my flatmate pays the fucking rent i'll get one.

I have no intention of grinding the swedish lines, but i have a girl crew (dem missions) that i'd like to use.

Since this crew is fresh, what skills should i focus on first?

Camo is a given, then what?

Camo, Repairs, and then retrain for BIA/Camo and start repairs again. You live and die by abusing VR and Camo. with a full camo crew and net, you can safely shoot up to about 350m in the open vs all but tier 10 MTs w/ maximum VR and scouts

Girl crew fam, so he has BIA already.

Once Camo + Reps. are done go for more utility things. Situational, Jack of All Trades (if you want to run food you need to drop medkit for it), Armorer or whatever the gun one is, and Clutch breaking.

Id consider off-road driving and clutch breaking after getting full repairs/camo/BIA over anything else. And if this catches fire as often as the Udes does, I dont see a point for getting JOT early. Im at about 70% for my crew on its 4th skill, and JOT is way far down the line still as I need BIA/6th/Camo/Reps more than that

Yea I meant the utility stuff after camo + reps. The nine and ten will constantly catch fire though when taking hits from anything larger caliber (IS7 trash and up).

I hope richboys buy it...and give me a break from endless Defender/Skorp G spam both in randoms and in stronks...

game needs more invisi snipers with great penetration and reasonable alpha, head butting with superheavies is getting so boring...you must drop to tier 5 to escape that meta and actually enjoy playing meds/tds/lights/heaviums. I have no qualms digging out the bushcampers in my meds - good crew+food+equip (opt/binos) and it is rewarding to do it.

Superheavies simply require goldspam...and even then they often simply roll over due to plenty of hitpoints.

So it (like the others) is going to have insane camo now, how much do you expert type think that's going to be impacted (if at all) by the upcoming scout revamp?

I clearly need a crew trainer

I can tell you right off the bat that it will be shit for SH and very situational in pubs; that doesnt mean it's bad, but all these idiots see the gun and and camo and think it will be the easiest prem ever. If you can I'd recommend the Skorp G because more noob friendly, and easier to win games because of turret and being able to fight at close range. I'm still gonna get this tank and I think it will be a monster in pubs (For myself ofc).

Here is the reason why: It's not the 10mm of extra armor (Over the UDES) and it's not even the fact that every reviewer is in fact a retard for overlooking a critical detail. No it's the siege mode speed of 8kph. When you first jump from that mediocre 5 to 10 it feels so much more mobile. And even though 8 still isn't 10 it's sure as shit better than 5 making working ridge lines all the more easier.

Oh and the thing that the retarded reviewers ALL missed is that the UDES when in siege mode still suffers from dispersion values of .29 for moving in siege mode and .19 while turning. The S1 while moving has an atrocious value of .38, but with appropriate equipment/crew skills the aim time is 1.2-1.3s. EXCEPT when rotating in siege mode just like the tier 10 it has .01 bloom. Meaning once you get your campering spot you can snap shots like a mother fucker.

TLDR if you have any idea of how Camo mechanics work and have tried the swedish TDs before; by all means go for it. If not and you suck get the Skorpion G.

Lets also not forget the key factor that when fully kitted and crewed it has a whole 50 more dpm than a scorp G :^)
