due to the complete changes in the American light medium hybrid line

 

the XP on the T49 WILL not help you get either the T54E1, T69, or Sheridan; so all that XP will be free XP if you don't get the E1 ASAP

 

so if you're half way through like i am, you SHOULD grind it out ASAP

Wait what do you mean it will be free exp? If I have a million exp on my elite T49 I get s million free exp after patch?

I think what he means is exp that can be converted to free exp

And its because t49 is no longer connected to american med line so the exp should instead end up on bulldog at t8 i guess so he's telling us that we should complete the t54e1 grind before then.

I guess the same for 1390 and t54lw as well if you are grinding for the med lines.

I haven't checked out the test server yet, but if the tanks.gg data is correct and Wargaming holds their ground on keeping accumulated XP on the tier 8 light tank:

Correct for the T-54 ltwt to T-54 grind - you'll need to finish that soon because the LTTB is not connected to the T-54 in 9.18

Incorrect for the 13 90 to the B-C 25t AP / AMX 30 grinds - The new B-C 12t leads to both of these (plus the new 13 90) so XP on the current 13 90 is still useful after 9.18 if those grinds aren't finished yet.

thanks, i was going to mention this

 

since those lines aren't being reworked as drastically, it doesn't affect them (besides the 54 LT to the reg 54 since the russian LT line is now going to be completely independent  once it branches from the T-34)

still worthwhile to accumulate as much EXP as you can to unlock the WZ-132-1 sooner
