It's good, nowhere near as powerful as it used to be.

I'd say possibly the French ,and definitely the Chinese T8 TD's are far better tier for tier than the E25 is though.

Pretty sure when it went on sale last year there was a massive fuss made about it, load of people bought them, then within two weeks you barely saw them again.

They should honestly give people the option to buy all premiums on the test server, so that people can use these tanks themselves, might dull down the fuss made about them.

Most people who complain about the E-25 being OP must not play any light tanks, cos they'd then realise how valuable camo, mobility and a pew-pew gun are in the current meta of corridor maps and super heavies, especially when the E-25, unlike a light, does not have the option to just quickly peak round a corner.

And benefit of the turret on LTs are on E25 non existent.

You need to be a great player like I am to exploit the true strengths of the E-25.

You need to know the ins and outs of long range combat strats, positioning and stealth combat like me to perform well in it, it has a high skill ceiling but a low skill floor so a bad player like you will not be able to achieve nearly as much as an artistic tankdestroyer master like me would be able to achieve.

Disagreeing with me means you are disagreeing with objective facts and as such there is no point for an artistic being such as me to continue with an objectivly bad player such as you are.

Whether or not the E25 is OP is heavily dependent on its opposition and the map in play. If the enemy team doesn't have any armor and you get an open map, then GG. But if you get a tight urban map that's full of patriots and defenders, then that's just as skewed the other way, limited MM be damned. I'll even put on the tinfoil and say that all those premium heavies were deliberately released so close together as a not-so-obvious hard counter to the E25.

This isn’t even remotely the case on the SEA server. Will be briefly when WG inevitably sell the Defender again, probably in the next week or two. But until then...

And I try not to face O-Ni’s. I prefer to shoot them in the side with my 3200dpm (yes, I know, I’m being a smug dickhead now). Pretty certain With food and vents the dpm clears 3400. Add the old school TD camo bonus when firing to this equation...

As for light tanks: their clips need reloading. My sixty shell clip doesn’t.

Of course the tank has limitations. But it’s basically like driving an easy mode version of the old ELC bis. What’s not to like?
